Dunkin'

These clowns have the skills to open they're own circus, after waiting an hour and a half, through the manager videoing us, taking multiple phone calls, and working the busy line the slowest way possible, and making himself a drink, I purchased a unsatisfying doughnut that was truly not worth the wait. The other 2 workers diligently worked while the manager slacked off and continued to not work. I do not recommend you walk into this establishment unless you look to see a show. America does not run on Dunkin', but waits in line on Dunkin'.

At 10:00 a.m. there were only three donuts and a handful of holes left. The coffee was really weak. The staff looked like they would rather be somewhere else and i don't blame them. Next time I'll go to the nearby Starbucks or MacDonald's.

Poor customer service. Waited at the counter for several minutes before somebody acknowledged us. And the bathroom needs a code from receipt to use, but after trying several attempts, I was told the bathroom was out of service. Really? At a coffee shop, no bathroom? Worst Dunkin Donuts ever been to.
