I never do reviews but I am so tired of this Dunkin location. The employees here are horrible. They are slow, rude and dismissive. I order my coffee the way I like it which tells them exactly how to make it and it's never right. I wish there was another dunkin close because now I have to go to starbucks.

I went for the strawberry milkshake. Its usually decent here. Thick but not too thick and its pretty big.They have gnats, and flies.You can buy bags of coffee.They sell coffee mugs.They have a freezer with frozen quarts of ice cream and pre-made ice cream cakes.The staff doesn't always understand English or they are messing around with us but they'd never tell us they're giving us a hard time.The interior is a little cramped.Their bathrooms are private but not the cleanest all the time. Their bathrooms need an update. High chairs available.

Today's visit to the 12 mile and Dequindre Dunkin and Baskin was a great start to Monday yeilding a Sweet BBQ Bacon Croissant and I also scored myself a perfect plain bagel with cream cheese and a plain latte. The Sweet BBQ Bacon Croissant takes savory croissants to all new sweet levels of morning 🌞 goodness.

@ 6 am you would think some one would take my coffee order ! No one answered! The worker sitting in her car ( same person that didn't put the lid on correctly the past 2 times ) didn't say word or cared to much!! Sad thing to happen to a one year old business ! It's going to take a long time for me to go bak or tell anyone to shop here! I think 4 try's is enough! Let's hope we get another brick and mortar coffee shop a Moe down the road that can do better!! Come on Troy!! I would hope you can do better who ever owns the new company that been proven to work!!

The quality of the food and drinks has always been good. The employees are nice and friendly except for the elderly man who works the drive thru at night. He is rude and yells at customers when speaking to them. Wouldn’t hurt to be kind. Other than him this place is fine.
