Good dunkin but the people are really slow but coffees always come out good.

It's good but could be better the service is also good but most importantly it could use a good cleaning

They need to fix their a/c!!!!! I feel bad for the workers in there it's so hot in there...

3 and 3 with 5 pumps of caramel swirl...perfection.

Came In for coffee and donut, service was not friendly, cashier didn't know how to ring up our order or how to make a chi and forgot our donut. While there they had someone drive off from drive thru because they never got order, wasn't even busy.

I asked for liquid sugar 6 times in my ice coffee at the drive through and still got granulated sugar not good service they rather just talk to each other then deal with customers not going back there again I'll just go to Oakland!!! 🤬

The lady waiting on me charged me for the wrong drink, when i told her she said no she didn't so i waited till she brought me my green tea and showed her on the receipt she over charged me.....she looks at me and says huh...guess I did...u won't be stopping at Skowhegan dunks again

Fast efficient service

They always mess up our orders and just when I think maybe I should give them another chance...they prove how bad they can be all over again. No more.

Very busy place, order took awhile but they called in someone to help. Good job.

I will say, while the hot coffee is disgusting (cold is delicious!), the maple bacon breakfast sandwiches on croissants are delicious! A+ on the bacon, toasting of my croissant (last time it was overcooked), and friendliness! Good job!..... Mostly!

Have had a lot of really bad experiences at this Dunkin' ranging from not getting my backbrowns, to not getting a chai latte and then taking forever once reminded, to even being over charged by 50 cents on one occasion.
