Best dunkin in west palm

I've passed by around 9pm during the week and on a Saturday 7:30pm to order a Vanilla Chai and always get the same response. Our expresso machine is down. I Try never to go there, because I can't get what I want.

I go here 3-5 days per week for the last year and order the same thing everyday in the drive through. Simple coffee order with vanilla flavor and cream and sugar. Over the last three months, they have gotten my order wrong 90% of the time! No sugar, no cream, wrong flavor, last month I was handed tea instead of coffee. They have you stop in line before getting to the window to pay so their numbers for times can stay up. I wouldn’t mind doing that everytime even if they could get my coffee order right more than 50% of the time. Unbelievable. No more Dunkin donuts for me. ☹️

Very nice store. So convenient to have at a cellphone waiting area at the airport. I was able to get coffee and have some waiting for my family when they got off the plane.

SLOW AND CHEATING THE SYSTEM. I've been to this Dunkin' 4 times this past week. The first time, I waited for 15+ minutes for an iced latte and a sandwich. The one girl at the cash register was also the one making the drinks during rush hour. The second time, I drove through thinking it would be faster. It was, but they had me back up after getting to the window to cheat their sensor. The third time, I drove-through and was asked to back-up yet again. The fourth time, no one was behind me yet I was asked to pull forward and they would bring my sandwich to me...again cheating the sensor. Each time, I've seen them bringing food out to people in the parking lot. I sure hope they're not rewarded for their "FAST" service that they not only don't deserve, but are lying about to their management. The espresso machine has been broken 2/4 times.

Just witnessed a very rude customer come in as I was enjoying a coffee, the manager/owner came out and handled the situation with the most professionalism I've ever seen. I was impressed.

Men's room: floor around urinal dirty. Sink was dirty. No paper towels in dispenser. Air dryer not working.

First time to visit dd in almost 50 years. I had an ice coffee and it was wonderful.

Coffee was pretty bad. Worse than other Dunkin Doughnuts.

Everybody that gets to know you by name I only go twice a week I take an older gentleman to get his Donuts in coffee I don't even have to go to the counter and order they have my order ready by the time I get to the door they are working on it everybody's hair is so friendly it's a nice place and the people are very nice there
