Don't go to this store, my husband went there to place an order and the person on speaker was coughing really bad. When he pulled to get the order he saw no one wearing a mask and he questioned them about it, he told them he heard very clear someone coughing and that they should be wearing masks, they could not answer why. My husband refused the order and went to an other DD where they were wearing masks.

Poor service.... server had back to me at driveup window - not acknowledged... neglected to tell me when I placed my order that my bagel choice was unavailable.... watched server pushing down trash in trash can without gloves- made me wonder what extra sanitizing precautions they are taking during this pandemic! Won’t be visiting this location again....

I always go to this Dunkin' and never once have I had a problem until today. I placed my order on the app, and it was $10. I had a family member pick it up for me. The order was completely wrong. My drink had the right label, iced matcha latte, but the actual drink in it was a macchiato. I had ordered 2 donuts, and I didn't get a single one. The only right thing I got was my cheese croissant stuffer. I was on my way back to return the macchiato and to my luck, it fell as I was getting into my car 🙃 so I was given 1/4 of my order, and I have $10 less in my pocket. DO NOT ORDER WITH THE APP AT THIS PLACE - THEY WILL GET IT WRONG.

Overheard employees saying their cappuccinos are gross and they don't drink anything from that location. Seems accurate cause my coffee was the weakest I've ever had from Dunkin. Too bad because I like Dunkin a lot.

it he worst service they throw chocolate covered donuts in a bag all on top of each other, there is more chocolate frosting in the bag than on the donut.not what I paid for.
