I used to work here and honestly this place is gross the manager is rude and dirty the employees are all fake this place has no foundation everyone is always against each other no communication what so ever the district is just a bad and they don’t care about their employees at all roaches near the coffee near the food this place need to be shut down oh and the muffins you guys eat are leftovers from nights before not fresh

I take my son there on his way to school. He’s 4 and always wants the special donuts and they never have them

This location is horrible the customer service is horrid the manager that is there is rude. I seen bugs flying around the donuts in the case and I seen a Cock roach crawling on the cooler out front and told the worker there about it acted like it wasn’t big deal. The manager is not only rude to customers she is rude to employees the women running front register need assistance on a order and she called for help and I don’t know the women name she’s short lady came and was rude to her telling her needs to learn to take orders and stop messing up. I think someone needs to reprimand this manager because she is a horrible manager.

If I could give this place no stars I would we sat for over 15 minutes in the drive through with only 1 car in front of us. And this is not our first time having this issue. Seriously cannot wait for Starbucks to open down the road. Tried doing the online order and even that was a 10 minute wait after it was so called ready. The lack of care for customers and lack of customer service is astonishing.

Great place just wish they were more consistent with the flavors

A young-ish female working in the drive thru needs to find a different position in the store, probably one that doesn't work directly with customers. (I worked at a D&D a long time ago so I know how they work). She was very impatient and I kept having to repeat myself. Once I got to the window I sat there for several minutes before she even opened the little window... and all I had ordered were 2 sandwiches & one drink, on a Saturday around 12:45 pm. We've had better service in the past for sure though. As for my sandwich, it sucked.. I took a bite and said nope not eating this but I was already home by this time. The English muffin was very hard and didn't seem toasted whatsoever. Gross. This location needs either new management or new employees or both.

I have been coming to this Dunkin' for several weeks and have ordered the same drink and sandwich and haven't had a problem until this morning when they tried giving me an iced latte instead of a hot one. No big deal, I thought because they would fix it except, when the girl came out to give me my correct order she blamed me for ordering the wrong thing and told me next time say it really loud and say hot three times to be sure. Are you serious?! How come all of the sudden they have a problem with how I order?! Also, this location NEVER gives you napkins.

Donuts are decent but they can only handle one order at a time in the drive-thru. Very inefficient. Don't come here if you're in a rush.

Need more help stop talking to each other work

In the past three months the espresso machine was not available twice (at least a week apart) to make lattes, and in three different occasions this store ran out of Caramel syrup. Not only they have bad management but the employees seem to always have an attitude. I will never spend my money on this store again.

Your manager Vicky is very rude..never have the product I need each week..i had to come inside two times for my ice coffee mistake. I have seen roaches and flies on the counters..very poor mangement.

Seriously love the women here! They are hilarious and always super friendly! Never leave there without a smile and a couple laughs!! Thanks ladies for always making my teams and I’d delicious afternoon pick me up!

I wish I could give 0 stars due to the fact that my fiancé and baby(who is 15 months) got kicked out of here Saturday because my daughter was crying. They refused service which he politely accepted because they were rude and were taking their sweet time. This location will NOT and recieving service from me or any of my family from this point forward. Sincerely,A upset mother
