It was good. However, Meat portions were skimp but they gave a ton of rice. Paid a little over $22 for an oxtail plate (it came with 2 sides, no drink), they gave about 4-5 very thin oxtails and 3 plantain slices. Went back a second time a week later to try again, price had gone up to almost $30 for the oxtail plate. Same portion though, still didn’t come with a drink. Supply and demand I suppose. I’d recommend you try it once or twice, but it’s not something i will really just keep going back for because the prices are too high and the meat portions are small. My honest opinion.

I couldn’t believe how burnt this chicken was. I have never ate it like this. I even called he told me why didn’t I look at the food before I left. I trusted these people to make my good NOT BURNT. This is disgusting

Food was amazing! We got the curry chicken, patty, coco bread, and the sweet fling tea. Soo delicious!

Wow... This place was amazing... But it is not a fancy place or upscale for that special occasion. It is just a great place for a meal. You have to order at the cash register, the menu is limited, and the food is served in a to go package. But the folks are super nice and attentive. The food is awesome with big portions. I had never eaten Jamaican cuisine before so they helped me navigate the menu and find the right meal. I had the jerk chicken with the sides of garlic potatoes and rice with peas. There was a lot of food there. The chicken was wonderful a bit spicy but still wonderful. I loved the potatoes and the rice. They don't have fountain soda so I had a Jamaican cream soda.

Really enjoyed my stew with Mac n cheese n cabbage delicious. Being from out of town this is the best mom and pop restaurant I have tried since being here!!! Job well done!!! Loved the music playing as well!!!

Food was amazing, the staff was very friendly, and the service was speedy! I’ll definitely be coming back here!

Customer service was great but not enough food for the price

We love this place. Anytime we're in the area and they're open, we go. Best authentic Jamaican food I've had in Knoxville and we've spent months, in Jamaica. Go support these people. Great food and service.

Great service and nice atmosphere. Some of the best food I had in my five years in Knoxville and will be coming back for more. The flavors are authentic and undeniably delicious.

The young girl at the register is rude! No greeting, didn’t tell us our total, just stared the entire time. Then turned our back to the kitchen after we paid. Didn’t say a word. If she’s the first impression for your restaurant, she’s making it look bad!

This is some of the best and freshest food we've had in a long time. We ordered Beef pattys, jerk chicken and plantains. All of the food was outstanding. Highly recommend to everyone that likes Jamaican food. We will definitely make this a regular place to visit.

This place is AMAZING!! Very clean, very nice staff and a beautiful atmosphere. We ordered the oxtail with rice and peas and sweet plantains. Absolutely delicious! We couldn't even eat it all and got to take it home and have it for dinner! Best place to eat in Knoxville!!
