Drunken Clam

Had an awesome time here. I had to drive a very long way to meet my girlfriend over many of bridges blah blah blah but after having a hard time getting my parking situated and figuring that out by the time I got in there I had an awesome time. The drinks were very good the food was delicious turned into be coming later in the evening wear a singer was there one man band and he was just awesome I was up there dancing on his stage and it was just so much fun.

Ordered Clam Basket (how could you not) they’re huge and more than a mouthful (that’s what she said) the fried cheesecake is to die for (that’s what my wife said I didn’t get a bite). Totally laid back local atmosphere in a vacation area. If you’re in St Pete ya need to come here or your momma didn’t raise you right!

Popular local beach bar with amazing food, sports viewing, friendly service, walking distance to the beach, ample parking, and solid ownership. Seafood offerings are off the chain - especially the clam chowder, smoked fish spread, and ahi tuna. Always a good time to be had at the Clam! Man, I thought that breakfast would be a good idea here a while back; turns out it is. The same passion goes into their breakfast menu. Just had 2 over easy, bacon, home fries & toast ; 5 stars all the way. Biscuits & gravy are next. Eat here, you are in for a treat. Of course, the food is a plus, but let's not forget, The Drunken Clam is a beach bar. Great place to party, hang with the locals, and just beach out.

A unique Florida experience. Place to hang with the locals. Ellen, our server, was super pleasant and attentive to our food allergies. While the fish portion could've been a bit more substantial, it was cooked perfectly, flaky and moist. What was lacking with the fish was made up with the generous portion of fries that came with it. Perfectly cooked, not salty. The purple cole slaw was by far the most delicious I've ever tasted.

Love this place. Great neighborhood bar and if you are a sports fan, a great place to watch a game.

A little divey bar with live music every night great cocktails and a wonderful atmosphere my favorite bar on St. Petersburg, Florida beach.

I came in with my fiancée on Christmas Eve and the place was packed! Emily was our server and she was awesome, she was busy but still made killer drinks and food recommendations! got Thai hot wings and Garlic Parm wings which were DELICIOUS! definitely coming back to see her, chug beer and eat wings!

Friendly staff and amazing food. I love the small town bar atmosphere, makes you feel at home.

Great local place, convenient to our vacation stay here in st Pete’s beach. The place is nice and cozy, inside and outside seating and has a great bar atmosphere with delicious food, I must say. Bartender and staff are awesome and welcoming. Can’t wait for Sunday to watch the NFL games here, snack on some of their delicious wings and wash it all down with some cold local brews. Go Bears!!! 😉

Atmosphere is good... Until a cockroach landed on my husband's shoulder. Good thing it wasn't me. I would have freaked out and screamed like a little girl. But, after that, we couldn't enjoy ourselves. We'd already ordered food and drinks so are quick and left. Margaritas, even with top shelf tequila, were lacking. I dunno what they put in these things... tasted like watered down like juice? The wings were good, but not great or fabulous. I've definitely had better. The service was friendly, so there's that. We won't come back.

tired of the tourist...stop in and feel at home

Best choice we could have made. We were looking for something different and close to our resort. It was a short walk and when we got there we were able to find a table inside right away for the 5 of us. We were all very surprised, the food was great, the service was awesome and then the live music started. WOW!! Fun time and the place got packed but the Service still continued to be fast. I want to go back.

When I went here it was really fun atmosphere. near the beach too. So after we got done drinking we went for a walk. Great food too. Thank you

Great staff, wings and peel and eat shrimp. Fantastic live music and great happy hour!
