Drakes Jeffersonville

This was by far the best experience at a restaurant with having 4 very young kiddos with us (oldest 6 and youngest 5 months). The hostess was so sweet and patient. She came a double checked on us to make sure we were good. The bus boy made sure our table was clean and asked if we needed anything. Our server Jayde was super sweet and talked to our kiddos and helped them out. She made sure we were good and had brought drinks when needed. Food was amazing as always but especially good. I love the Crab Ragoon Rolls. Overall an amazing experience. Also super thankful for a really good military discount. My husband is in the Airforce and I'm glad to see how the support our military and their families.

Good flavors on the sushi, I like the location and set up. Kitchen is not there yet. Was served a hot burger that cooled because of all the lettuce and excess tomatoes on it. The fries and Mac and cheese came out cold-cold. May return for the beer. I like the set up and open outdoor seating! The lava roll and dynamite roll was worth trying. Again.

There’s some OBVIOUS issues this place hasn’t figured out since opening. I’ve been here four times and sat at the bar each time. With at least four bartenders working it took at least ten minutes for a greeting let alone placing a drink order. The bar on constantly littered with dishes from previous diners and it take a a while for anyone to pick them up so get used to eating next to dirty dishes. The sad part is the red shirt management team who seems to be around 25 across the board and obviously doesn’t even see the issues as they consistently walk by. The kicker is the blue shirted training team that is still here since grand opening. There’s an obvious disregard for their job as they will congregate and all talk with each other five feet from the bar where nothing is being picked up. Food is still good and always comes up fresh and hot but be ready for a bar staff that doesn’t understand how to clear dishes and greet guests.

Ate with a friend for dinner. Packed, rushed, not much interaction with staff. Food ok, pricey.

Good was good! Serve was almost too busy for my likings as he was not able to check in on us or bring the items requested due to having so many tables to manage.

Sweet potato fries weren't hot. Mac n cheese could have used more cheese.

Cheddar burger and fries was tasty and the burger was large. Will be back to try sushi!

So I’ve been to the jeffersonville location twice since opening. I must say, I have never been treated so awesome at a restaurant before! I have a severe raw tomato allergy and they took care of it and went the extra mile!! A manager personally asked which one of the group had the allergy and handed it to me himself! Our server was outstanding as well. Attitude, smile, and overall extremely friendly. Her name was Bethany B. So if you go to drakes ask if she’s working and she will get ya taken care of!! This is my favorite restaurant now and it’s gonna stay that way!

First time there. Busy place but service was great. Watched part of a game. Food was excellent and drinks were cold.

Loved it. The sushi was really good. I got a Chicago roll and My aunt got Drakes Yum Yun roll. They both were nicely represented and delicious. Since she was more of a savory girl she preferred the Chicago roll and I'm more of a sweet and crunchy girl so I preferred the yum yum roll. We eneded up switching but they were both overall delicious. Also our waiters name was Tammy L and she was literally the sweetest and funniest person who's ever served us.

Wasn't all I thought it would be. The food quality sucked the first time, we as in my sister and I had to ask for a new burger and even the manager apologized for how it looked. We had to sit at the bar due to it was busy but that's not what we wanted. . Bartenders and servers could be heard complaining about how busy it was and how they didn't wanna be there. I won't be back nor will my family . This is a new establishment Get it TOGETHER DRAKES!

Great new location for the Louisville based company. Busy for dinner hours. Good food and good service.

Staff was super friendly and the service was prompt. We love to go here for the total variety of food choices. Everyone should be able to find something to eat. Everything from salads, steak filets, chicken, burgers, fish, soups and sushi.

We stopped in here last night cause they were open later than most restaurants. Was not disappointed with the food nor the service. They were obviously busy cause they were the only decent food place open at 11pm. There was 4 of us and we all ordered something different. They were out of salad so that was not an option. But since most of us are carnivores we made due with actual not rabbit food. The food was great the server was on top of the drinks and we are some drinkers for sure. Overall it's a must have restaurant for them later nights.

This place is awesome. I love it! Amazing service and food!!! Definitely recommend. Will be back for sure!! Carmen was our sever and she was the best!!
