D.P. Dough

D.P. Dough is one of those places that is extremely hyped up on the UA campus, but to be frank -- it just doesn't live up to the expectations. The calzones are relatively inexpensive (around $9 on average) but they're just really small when compared to the half-a-pizza-box size that you can get at a place like Pizza Express for around the same price. In addition to this, they take FOREVER to deliver (usually 40-60 minutes) and I've had them come rather late (almost 30 minutes) MULTIPLE times.Come to D.P. Dough for the calzone variety, but in my opinion there are better calzone places in the Albany area.

This place has gone down hill. Every time I have ordered here recently my order has shown up wrong. The marinara sauce used to be great, but now it tastes like someone poured a bucket of sugar in it. Their website is always glitchy, and good luck getting through if you call in your order. It’s taken me 5 calls minimum to get to a person to order. Just sad.P.S. it’s been this way for the last year now, this place isn’t terrible because of a pandemic hindering them it’s just terrible in general, but management would rather blame it on something else than actually fix it!

Manger is very rude. Staff unprofessional, they act like the place is a playground, they mix up orders, & food sub-par.

have been there several times..more recently the vegan options have expanded which is awesome and the house made vegan ranch is ridiculous i can only hope to be in range for delivery in the future..great great food😊😊

Not the best calzone ive ever had but was good enough to go back.

Awesome. Ordered off grub hub. Exact time predicted. Packaging was refreshingly appropriate for the food. Well organized in packaging with plenty of sauce and cutlery. Sounds trivial but on top of food being great was, it was pretty sweet. Especially at 3am

Loved my Vegan Roni Zoni (vegan pepperoni calzone made with Berben and Wolff's faux pepperoni).

Nope didn't like this restaurant whatsoever didn't have what I like to eat didn't like it at all. But the college students love it

Amazing food. Love the chalk board inside. The fact that they let you write on it makes it feel homey.
