It is difficult to describe Doyle's. It has changed some over the years but it is a great neighborhood bar. Do yourself a favor and go see for yourself.

A great Irish pub. Soccer, Smithwick's, and excellent Guiness pours. The happy hour appetizer deals are incredible. Love coming here when I am in Tacoma.

The food is fantastic!!! And very well priced. They have a great variety of beer (I tried a dark beer that tastes like chocolate, really). The service was also very good. We didn't wait long for our food and they were on top of keeping our drinks full (with a full bar I might add). The night that I visited was a trivia night and our group had a great time.

Doyle's is Tacoma's soccer pub. If you want to watch a match - this is the place to go. The owners are excellent - locals who care about the area and are involved.Great selection of beer and alcohol. Plenty of brews on tap.Food is great stuff of the pub variety. I really enjoyed the Deviled Scotch Eggs on my last visit. The Hummus Plate is huge - a deal for the price - with veggies, pita and olives.Service is spot on - they take great care of you here. Street parking can be tough. This really is a neighborhood pub.
