Delicious well-priced food in a charming environment served by friendly staff. Couldn't ask for anything more.

My friends and I met at Downtown Perk for coffee and catching up. The atmosphere is very relaxed and welcoming and the staff are great! We will definitely be going back soon!

Local flavor, lovely choice in flavored coffee. Warm atmosphere and eclectic decor. Loved the mint chocolate iced coffee.

❤❤❤❤❤I love Their Coffee❤❤❤ its better than Starbucks. And it's not that expensive either. But in response to A 3 star review their LARGE Latte is 4.50 then if you want extra shots of espresso or flavors yeah it's going to be a little more. The quality of this coffee is very much worth what they charge. To top it off The entire staff is wonderful!!!

Tried it for the first time today and I LOVED IT

We stopped here for a coffee while road tripping with our kids. The coffee was delicious. Staff was friendly, helpful and patient while we took our time trying to decide what to get while juggling our toddlers. Lol I recommend their iced English toffee nut latte. Yum!

The staff is very nice and there is wifi. The reason for a 3 star review is price. A latte is 4.50 plus. The Perk is the only local choice for a coffee in Ashland. The atmosphere is nice enough with plenty of tables for work and study. Bring head phones.

Best Service of any coffee shop I've ever been!!

Very nice service. I was impressed by the sugar free options available for Frappuccinos and Gourmet Coffee treats.
