Doutor coffee in Shinjuku Mitsui Building B1F.It was vacant even around 13:00 because it was in the back.Although it wasn't crowded, it was a great store with no voice of thank you.Drinks are normal.

Near the underground smoking area
I can't find any outlets that can be recharged, but there is an outlet next to the standing seat on the right after entering the smoking area
Of course there is no wind released, but sometimes I see customers who use it
