Attended conferences here last Sunday & Monday. Super huge auditorium & hall! Helpful staff available there. Even though they hardly explain in English but if we show them where we want to go, they surely help us! every single part of this building is clean. If you are looking for prayer room, there is 2 rooms that Pacifico Yokohama prepared for Muslim visitors. It is located at the same floor as Annex Hall. No ablution area in the room. You may perform your ablution in the restroom. If you want to come here by MRT, take Minatomirai Line and stop at Minatomirai Station. Take a long escalator up inside the Queen's Mall, turn left and walk straight.

Easy access exhibition place in Yokohama with many halls with large exhibition lanes. It’s a very good option for exhibitions that don’t need the large spaces of Makuhari Mess pavilions and can be a good alternate area for Big Sight in Tokyo. Good restaurants in the area as shopping malls. Very convenient place.

The rooms were very nice. The view is great. The gym wasn't open the whole time I was there which is a must for me. If the gym had better times I would give it 5 stars. But if you don't care about the gym this place is great. Really close to a lot of food and convention center.

Awesome place to conduct conference and seminars. Situated just near the station so it make more convenient. Place is very huge in area and have modern technical facilities to conduct any type of conference. Well managed and very nice structural. It is situated near bay and make it more scenic.

The buildings around it are beautiful at night but it's a little far from Tokyo and too crowded every time i visit this place since it's always related to some event.

This is the second time I have brought my work to an event here. The space is pretty nice. I like that there is a seven eleven, and a daily yamazaki. If only they would turn on the AC while we are setting up.

Convention Center near several hotels in the Yokohama bay area. Different sizes of spaces. I attended a convention with more than 6000 people. Installations are ample and good. Toilets do serve the capacity. Easy access. The main building has a few fast food restaurants a convenience store and vending machines. The experience there was good.
