Double Double Pizza & Chicken

When you order from their website it says you will only be charged an extra fee for interact on delivery. They charged me this fee for credit though their website doesn't say this. It isn't on my receipt either. The driver forced me to pay this when I challenged him. After calling their head office and talking to them they said there was nothing they could do since I already paid. When I called the store the manager on duty said their was nothing he could do. I made it very clear that they have stolen from me and that I would never do business with them again. This is my warning to everyone, don't order from them because they charge you extra claiming it is an extra fee when it is never stated anywhere. They refused to do anything for an upset customer. Terrible business

Late night pick-up order was ready in 10 minutes. Good deal for a good pie. Great topping distribution and crust. Staff was friendly on the phone and at the store too. If I had to be nit-picky, I'd say the slices were cut a little unevenly. Overall, quite happy!

Go to the other location on fairway, this locations good isnt good at all! The food wasn't cooked properly at all and the size is super tiny compared to the other location. Total waste of $17 and the staff could careless and made it seem like my fault very disappointed.

Staff were friendly and Service was Normal Speed.

The panzo's, at one time, were a thing of legend. Enormous, dream-filled slices of heaven that threatened to break your plate. The delivery dude perspiring from the sheer weight of the bulging box. I decided to get a couple today, after a few years hiatus, and what a disappointment. Roughly the size of a typical bank note, a couple of inches of each side nothing but bread. I had to eat both, lest risk malnourishment. I found three thin slices of jalapeno's in each. Their pizza is fine, not great, but good enough. Just don't waste time, money, or your hopes and dreams on their panzo's.

Best pizza in city

Pizza was doughy and under-baked; cheese and sauce was sparse. Seemed very small for a Medium size pizza: 9" in diameter and toppings were only about 7" in diameter. Paid extra for a very small amount of chicken, and broccoli seemed like it was from frozen and was soggy. Potato wedges tasted stale. 2 pieces of garlic bread were burnt. 10 piece wings were decent enough. All this for $30 seems like a rip-off; this is strike 2 and I will never return.

Pizza was fine, but the service was fantastic. Very nice and corporating staff.

Walked in for some pizza at 1 am, hosts were very friendly and hospitable, had nice banter while ordering pizza. Pizza was incredible, perfectly cheesy and crunch crust, with a beautifully coloured toppings. 10/10 would recommend, I will return for sure.

Owner is a nice guy and the food is always good quality. I feel there could be more of the toppings put on the pizzas but it's still good.
