DOT.LAMB Dining

A lamb meat specialty store was opened in Nagasaki Dejima! ! There was shabu-shabu and steamed buns and both ate, but it was really delicious enough to be habit (* '∀ `*) The last shime noodles also had the best atmosphere and good price, so please do I want to go

Welcoming owner with a fun concept hot skillet dining right accross from the Dejima. Raw lamb meat slices were placed around veggies ( mushrooms, bean sprouts, eggplant, etc) on top of a domed hot skillet and brought to your table where it was turned on. The meal took very little time to cook and was perfect for those with allergies. The Menu is only in Japanese, but the owner Daiki Hirai, was very friendly and spoke excellent English. He explained the menu and provided suggestions. I hope to be back.
