Worst customer service ever. Even the customer behind me had to tell them not to rush since I was holding a baby. They act extremely offended and retaliate with rudeness and arrogance if you didn’t moved at their rhythm. I.e DO NOT ask them to repeat! Yesterday, I was charged for extra guacamole while only ordering 2 bowels. Realized it after I got home and didn’t have the receipt with me today, since I didn’t know I would be back so soon. When I told them about it at check out. The manager Daniel was most rude, it’s as if I were the one stealing from them?!? Instead of apologizing for their mistake she told me I should have called. seriously? I should waste my time for your mistake? The team is only as good as the leadership that it’s under. With an unfit manager such as her no wonder the service is as bad as it is.Pity, because the food is actually good

Such great food. This was my second time visiting. Such fresh ingredients, perfect for a meal after a day of trekking around the city. Big burritos for the price and just full of flavor. Check it out if you're local or visiting town!

Great little Mexican food restaurant. You can get it spicy or not but both have good flavors. Everything seems to be fresh and well stocked. Prices are reasonable for amount.

Fantastic Mexican/TexMex Food. Great portions. Fair pricing. Excellent service here in Brookfield Place. Huge dining area, bathrooms, and if someone is not onto this type of food there are 5 more top notch food kiosks as well. I totally recommend any burrito and all the sides.

Great place to get some good Mexican food. Fast service and friendly knowledgeable staff. Also if you are a vegetarian, they have a good selection of food as well. The hot sauce is also good and not over spicy. If you are in the area be sure to stop in. Also forgot to mention their food is not to expensive.

Very quick service, you see they are used to long lines and working fast and efficiently. Very pleased with my burrito, quite a few options to make it to your taste.

My favourite Mexican bowl. Quality is top notch. Chipotle does not even come close in terms of the quality and taste. Fast service and filling too.

Cashless location, very quick moving line though there can be 60 people in front of you during peak times. Very efficient operation that churns out high volume tastiness.

Quick and good for a lunch spot

This is almost a daily go-to for my co-workers. The lines may appear long but they go fast. Food is already prepared and just needs to go in the bowl. Food is tasty and ingredients appear fresh. Service is friendly and efficient.

They have one of the best Boritos in town. The place is on the level 2, so at first it was difficult for me to find. I went half an hour before closing time and they served me good. Expected to be hot for the temperature outside but good though. They don't accept cash so people have to find out options. Worth a try!
