quite good. but as of fall, 2018 portion size started dropping pretty significantly. And they usually run out of salsas in the early afternoon. that did not used to happen. A little sad to see it go down just a bit. but the food is still quite good and you can see the care they take in cooking each ingredient....

Delicious burrito, they were very helpful when asked about the different sauces.

Very unassuming and fun place to grab standard Mexican fare. Their guacamole is excellent! The portions are just right, and burritos and bowls are served with chips. The variety of sauces offered in house is fun and goes well with the food.

Very tasty food. They have amazing sauces with mild to very hot scale. Their burrito bowls are very good. The tortilla have a seasoning that make them very addictive.

The steak burrito was fantastic! The chips are also extra yummy because they are seasoned. They have beer and a very nice selection of non-alcoholic drinks as well. They were also playing great music. Reasonably priced for Newburyport. I'll go back.

I very much enjoy Dos Amigos for what it is- a quick-bite "burrito" joint. I will explain the quotes. The staff are always friendly, the food is made relatively quickly, and it tastes good- but it's not authentic. That is a nitpick as it is hard to find authentic tasting Tex Mex in the Northeast, but the flavors at Dos are definitely not as close to authentic as most places. It's hard to say exactly what it is without sounding negative and I really don't want to because it is still good food, it's just food that looks Mexican but doesn't really taste Mexican somehow. Either way it is still a go-to spot for me so they're doing something right.

Amazing food. My problem is that as a paraplegic who is confined to a wheelchair you have no access into your establishment. Think about this ..... I can’t get in to the building to eat. I understand not being able to renovate the entire building and sidewalk to make a permanent ramp. But like other places downtown offer is a fold up ramp that the staff could bring out and help me in. I have no options to be able to Independently go and eat by myself, instead I have to bring someone with me to go in order pay and bring my food out. Hopefully management will read my comment and think about this.

DELICIOUS BURRITOS! This place came up close by when I searched for vegan food while staying at the Salisbury Beach State Reservation. My family and I were seriously craving a good burrito and this restaurant really delivered. Two of us had the beans, rice, and veggie/sweet potato burrito, while one of us had the vegan beans, rice, and chorizo burrito. The workers were friendly and respected my dairy allergy, making my burrito away from contaminants. THANK YOU!They sold fancy sodas and had an awesome selection of salsas. We loved all of them.. carrot habanero, mango habanero, and chipotle salsa.Their homemade tortilla chips and guac were also fantastic. Best of all, they didn't turn us away when we brought in my support animal/dog son Barry. Tucked in his backpack and well-behaved, our good boy had a great time at lunch, too! :)p.s. their business was also clean and nicely decorated :)

Very good place for Mexican takeout. Good prices for large portions and great chips. Very tasty and I am a regular customer here.

Somewhat decent burritos. Kind of cold and not big on flavor. You definitely get your money’s worth. (Very large burrito). I also ordered the nachos but unfortunately, this was the downfall. The cheese was melted on the top (just enough to melt it) but there was lots of cheese unmelted on the chips. I’m talking just tons of shredded cheese. I was very disappointed in my nachos. I also noticed the uncleanliness of the floor in the kitchen. Very very dirty. I ate my food because I was starving from a long day of work but I don’t think I’d return. Similar concept to Chipotle and honestly, I think they have more flavor and consistency.
