Doppio Coffee House

Me and my Dad went this morning and we had an amazing experience, everyone there was so friendly, the customer service was incredible, the food was fresh and savory and the beverages were heavenly. Overall, I would say that Doppio is the best coffee place in the city.

they were very, very friendly. they care so much that your food and coffee are prepared and served to an expert standard. for my sake do not go here and abuse this hospitality by being rude or in a hurry. they serve open-faced sandwiches, and the one I had was beautiful and delicious, but it was absolutely not enough food for ten dollars. It was ten dollars for being very fancy and delicious, but i wish there had been something substantial to eat. The place is clean, and the decorations are very ugly. I had a very enjoyable visit, and i will return for coffee and work time, but probably wont eat there again.

Great alternative to chain coffee. Unique bakery items, with new open faced sandwiches that are wonderful for pairing with the coffee.

Cute and clean coffee shop. Coffee may be a little pricey, but not more than starbucks and I thought my drink was good.

Perfectly made espresso. Balanced taste, quality coffee, well prepared. Aesthetics are warm and owners are welcoming.

Doppio is my favorite local coffee shop! The owners are friendly and they are committed to high quality coffee and experience. I am so happy they reopened for takeaway during this time and recommend you try them, if you haven't already.Be sure to grab a homemade pastry too--seriously some of the best I've had.

A great choice in Lakeview for an adorable, non-chain coffee shop! The owners are super nice and hospitable, the coffee is fantastic, and their shop is nicely decorated with a decent amount of table space! It's usually pretty quiet to get work done, too. Highly recommend this place!

Decided to stop by and get a latte while waiting for my and I usually go to a Starbucks but today I pulled to the nearest Starbucks by me and when I pulled in I saw that there was a cool looking coffee shop so I decided to check it out and I’m so happy I did the latte was amazing and the staff was amazing and so welcoming I recommend it to anyone great place

These folks care deeply about quality coffee and it shows. Comfy atmosphere & friendly staff. A nice spot to meet a friend or do a little writing. The Pomidoro open faced sandwich is so good

Excellent coffee, pastries and food!!! The owners and staff are extremely accommodating and it makes you never want to go to a main stream coffee shop ever again. You need to try this place!!

The only thing I regret is not being able to give it more stars than 5. What a beautiful place! The presentation, coffee, Ancient Grain platter loved it all. Wish it were everywhere in the States. Please keep it up and good luck for future. Any time I’m visiting Chicago again, I know where to go for coffee and breakfast.

I’ve been anxiously awaiting for this local coffee shop to open, and it’s well-worth the wait! I appreciated the no frills coffee menu and all open faced sandwiches look delicious. I had the Pomidoro Fresco, and I can’t wait to go back to try more. I overheard they roast their beans in-house, and you can add CBD oil to any drink. The atmosphere is simple and the service is attentive and extremely friendly!
