I do not believe the service here could possibly be worse. I walked in and waited at least 5 minutes while the 3 ladies that were working would not look up to acknowledge me. When finally I asked a young lady if she could help me she stated. You will have to wait for. ( whatever name she said) then hollered down for that girl. She shuffled painfully slow over to the counter turned on her register and said "What do you want?" I asked for a coffed holding my Dunkin Donuts cup. She mumbled something and I asked "What did you say?" She said you need to take the top off. I finnaly got my coffee about 15 minutes after I arrived! Needles to say if this was the LAST coffe shop on the planet I would never drink coffe again! If I were the manager I would CLEAN HOUSE!

Lukewarm sandwich and wrong type of donut. Pumpkin spice cream filled donut is not the same as chocolate frosted. The one Saving Grace for this restaurant is the cute little Brazilian girl that was at the window

Ordered a medium iced mocha latte with a new cashier which I was fine with but when he didn't know how to ring me up for my drink he attempted to get the manager on duty who had a slight attitude when coming out and then had to close to 25 minutes for my drink because they forgot my drink even though I was standing at the counter the entire time. On the bright side my drink was good.
