Amazing, super delicious donuts that will make you want to come back again and again. If you can limit yourself to just one (and trust me, you won't be able to) go for the Turtlez. Donna herself was there and we had nice chat while the order was being prepared by her equally friendly staff. Highly recommended!

Spur of the moment decision and boy was it a great one. I had heard of Donna’s before but had no idea the donuts are made to order! There are recipes on the wall or one can create their own—the dough is dropped in right after an order is placed. Donuts don’t get more fresh than this! Depending on the size of the order, it may take a few minutes, but getting warm, fresh donuts with carefully hand-placed toppings is incredibly worth it. Beyond the donuts themselves, the shop is clean, bright, and welcoming, with tables available for comfortable seating. I was greeted by all staff cheerfully, and their smiles were as welcoming as the shop itself. I look forward to stopping in again!

I've been to all the different donuts shops around the Columbus area, and this place is absolutely THE BEST donuts shop in town! I truly LOOOOOOOVE their freshly made to order donuts! 😍🍩

This donut shop is exactly what our side of town needed. These donuts are a fresh made cake donut BUT the batter is perfect, not too dense and not too fluffy!! That’s just the beginning because then you can pick toppings from some menu suggestions or create your own combos. You simply can’t go wrong with these made to order, warm, delicious donuts!! My personal favorite is the Raspberry Beret and coming in close second has recently been the It’s All About the Sweet and Spicy Bacon (with maple frosting). You don’t want to miss this!! Check back often for the monthly and seasonal specials. My kids loved their Easter themed donuts this weekend.

Tried this place for the first time, the peanut butter donut was pretty good. The seasonal pumpkin donut was one of my favorite of all time. It tastes like the perfect combo of pumpkin pie and cake. 😍

Best donuts in town ! I love how they're made fresh to order and the prices are great. You can also choose your own toppings on your donut or you can pick one from the menu. The donuts are nice and warm. I love these donuts! The staff is also very nice.

Found the place when I was searching for a good donut shop. Delicious donuts (was pleasantly surprised at the first bite), fun options to customize your order, I will definitely be back again for more donuts.

You can get great donuts lots of places, but this is such an amazing experience. It's like a donut wrapped up in a warm hug. Just go!!!

First time trying Donna's donuts and they are delicious! I took them back to the office and everyone devoured them!

I usually don't go for cake donuts (love the raised ring ones - doughy) but my husband and I live nearby and saw signs for donuts. We decided to stop in and boy was I glad we did! I had a raspberry beret and my husband got the smores donut. Both were super delicious! We will be back for more :)

I have never had such a bad experience with a business as I have with this one. I put an order in online called to verify and tell them what time I was going to pick it up. Went there to pick it up they didn’t have it ready nor did they even have record of it. I gave them the confirmation number and then they rudely said I was going to have to wait for the donuts to be made. Then she said, never mind I’m not even going to sell you these donuts I’ll refund your money because you’re attitude. Not sure if donuts are any good but I definitely know they need a class in customer service.
