Donna D's Family Pizza

Pizza was awesome! Wings were delicious! Service was excellent!

Food is great. staff need a little work I ordered a pizza they had it under the wrong name once they finally matched up the phone numbers and realized it they never even apologized I was there for an extra 10 minutes while they were figuring out what happened. Not even a sorry for the inconvenience- nothing!?

We ordered a pizza after being stranded in Ashland Ohio and 2 hours later we received the pizza. We called the order in and the order and put person hung up on my daughter. I called back subsequently three times and asked about the order after about an hour when the pizza would be delivered and was informed that all deliveries were out. Finally when i call back I was informed it was never in put into the system. Then charging a full-price for an employee screw up. One don't take any recommendations from anyone at the Hampton Inn & Ashland to avoid Donna D's. Although they did offer me discount for the next time I was in town even though I live 900 +miles away.After getting the pizza it was an over glorified and over Italian seasoned pizza. I think the new term is UNDERWHELMING.
