Donatos Pizza

The person working after 11pm was courteous, pleasant, and followed my directions that I told over the phone. She had the pizza ready. It was delicious, and I enjoyed it immensely. I read the other reviews and was concerned about the quality of service and food. However, the service and food were excellent!!!!!!

I sat on hold for 10 minutes, then they hung up the phone and put the closed voice mail on. Really bad for business. DELTA WAS HERE....#YOULOSSALOTOFREVENUE

Didn't order no ovens working

Great Service from a location probably not used to a table with 7 kids and 1 adult. We came in with a couple hangry ones after a trip to the Childrens Museum but left full and happy to see the Zoo Lights.

Disgusting, stale pizza that for some reason is served at pretty much all Cincinnati sports games. It is thin and rubbery.

Specifically asked for plates and napkins in the directions of the order. I then called to have them make sure they brought plates and napkins as they would be delivering to a class. I was reassured they would be delivered with the pizza. An over $60 order arrived 30 minutes late, approximately 1.5 hours after the order was placed WITHOUT plates and napkins. The manager apologized, but didn’t offer a resolution because he only had one driver at the time.

Pretty good what I can remember

After the pizza was 40 minutes late, we called and they said it’s about to head out the door and will be there in 20 minutes (making it 1 hour late). No “sorry” or “here is what we can do for you to help your customers experience”. Also sat on hold for WAY too long. Made for a rough experience. I would rather eat my shoe then order from that location in the future.

Great after happy hour...

Two hours late...when I requested to speak with a manager. I had called an hour after the order should have been delivered and was assured the driver would arrive soon. The driver called 30 minutes after that saying he'd be there in 5-7 minutes but nothing. Had to canceled my order without a refund.

Ordered a small pizza and cinnamon stick They said it be 15 minutes to pick up.I got there 20 minutes later and right when I walked in three guys making pizza with no gloves on.Then i told them my name and one guy said oh i forgot about that pizza.The cinnamon sticks were ready but had to wait another 10 minutes for pizza. Asked for a discount and they said no.So while waiting they were rapping and cussing talking about women in a very nasty manner.Got home and cinnamon sticks were very cold.All in all just gross, no gloves...

Delivery is always 15-20 mins late with this location and every delivery driver we’ve had shows up high and our pizza box smells like pot. Guy in Lakers jacket just got out of his Grand Prix and couldn’t keep his eyes open.

I have to agree with other poster about the manager Ronnie is not very friendly. He looked like he was over it or maybe he doesn't know what customer service is, If he doesn't like to deal with people and he is really bad at it. Why is he In the front taking orders?

Small pizzeria in Corryville/ Clifton. Delivery, Pick up, and Dine in Options are available. Donatos food is always delicious. This is a walkable area. On street parking is available.

Called in an order and was told food would arrive in 55 minutes. Waited an hour and my food didnt show up. Waited 15 minutes and called the store to report my food was 15 min late. The person at the store told me the driver just left and should be at my location soon. Waited 15 mins and call the store again, talked to a manager who told my food should be delivered any minute now. Waited another 15 minutes and called back was told the driver left and should be here soon. Told them that my food is now 45 mins late and is probably cold. All the store offered was to cancel my order and nothing else. Waited almost 2hrs and now I have to order from a different pizza place because all the store could do was cancel my order.
