Donatos Pizza

Disgusting, stale pizza that for some reason is served at pretty much all Cincinnati sports games. It is thin and rubbery.

Great Service from a location probably not used to a table with 7 kids and 1 adult. We came in with a couple hangry ones after a trip to the Childrens Museum but left full and happy to see the Zoo Lights.

Very good pizza and customer service is outstanding. I love it.

Just went again to these guys...they are my new favorite pizza place. Always really fast and excellent pizza! A winning combo! Very happy all around!

I have to agree with other poster about the manager Ronnie is not very friendly. He looked like he was over it or maybe he doesn't know what customer service is, If he doesn't like to deal with people and he is really bad at it. Why is he In the front taking orders?

Great piece of pie!I recently visited Donato's at two separate times of day for carryout (staying in a nearby hotel). The prices are more than reasonable and the convenience of fresh and fast pizza works for me. Both visits, I purchased the individual size - one a Pepperoni Zinger and the other Works (their version of a supreme). Both were quick, delicious, and easy on the wallet.

Had delivered to hotel. Very polite and made sure to bring plates and utensils. Ordered calzones they are ok' crust same as bread sticks the salad was delicious.

I am half way through my pizza and I pull out a big piece of glass and/or plastic from my mouth. It was the size of half a penny! Then when I called they had the audacity to act like I was lying about it! They have lost a customer! And yes, I’m going to post it all over social media!

Delivery is always 15-20 mins late with this location and every delivery driver we’ve had shows up high and our pizza box smells like pot. Guy in Lakers jacket just got out of his Grand Prix and couldn’t keep his eyes open.

It's ok, friends and family love it

This location has taken a turn. The manager Ronnie was extremely disrespectful and treated his employees like trash. I was picking up an order for postmates and it took 20 minutes for him to speak to me. The delivery was late because of that, and the customer was not satisfied. I’m sure this post won’t do anything about the ongoing issue, and will result in an empty apology along with a link to explain what I already did. Management changes need to be made at this location.
