Donato's Pizza

Ordered $120 of pizza for carryout. Asked for extra sour creme- charged me .25 each. Guess I didnt spend enough to have them throw in any extra sour creme. The dude ringing me up was rude also. Not a thank you was able to make it out of his mouth.

I was very upset with my visit. I ordered 2 salads and bread sticks. I got all the way on the other side of town to realize my bread sticks were NOT in my bag. Now that happens but I called back and was placed on hold a total of 3 times.... Waiting more than 10 mins to handle the situation. It is so hard to find quality help these days.

Probably the best pizza experience I have ever had. The guy who answered the phone Saturday night, David, was unbelievably helpful and respectful and then added on a $3 off coupon out of nowhere at the end of my order. I asked how long it would be and he's like only about 30 minutes and... Looks like it'll be me bringing it. Food was amazing, service was better. You have earned my business indeed. Thanks

First they said 90 mins , then the pizza showed up 2 hours and it was cold and look as if the driver dropped it! Terrible serviceAnd no one from this store ie a manager chalked to apologize or ask how they can make it right!! I will write the corporate office !

Had the worst pizza ever delivered tonight. An hour and forty minutes for delivery and the pizza was awful. Called to check on order after an hour and a half. Waited on hold 8 minutes just to be treated extremely rude by the person answering the phone. Won’t be ordering here again.

Took 35 minutes to make a single large pizza for carryout outside of rush, could not figure out how to take IUPUI Crimson card.

The food is pretty good. However, they were very late with our order and did not apologize.
