Most of the time the food is good and fresh I would give a 4 star for that. But the service is the absolute WORST I have ever encountered at a Donatos. They stop answering their phones every night 30 minutes before they even close so you cant place an order and they turn off online ordering as well. You go to the drive up window and noone ever comes to help you, finally I went inside and there are 5 employees inside but not one of them could come to the window. When I asked "is anyone working the window?" The reply I got was oh sorry about that from some teenage girl that has no clue about customer service....

My 2nd Favorite pizza.Cardos is All time favorite !! Williams & CORR/Lockbourne Rd.Intersection on corner.Over 100 year old sauce, the best I ever ate.

Waited 25 minutes past time food was supposed to be ready. Part of order was cold . Last few times ate from there had problems. Associate didn’t apologize for wait either.

I feel like I have to qualify this by saying that I didn't grow up in part of the country where "pub style" (thin-crust, small square-cut) pizza is popular The place was clean. The staff was friendly, the food was.......cooked?I believe their are better examples of pub-style pizza throughout central Ohio but there are also MUCH WORSE examples. Donato's is consistent if perhaps a little boring. Again, I'm not saying it's done poorly, but I make better-for-me pizzas at home 2 times a month.

the food is always good. and the people work there a really nice people. I would give them 100%. they make sure you're satisfied with your food. I go there at least once a week for almost 6 years
