Donatos Pizza

Ordered pizza at 630... the website said it would be here at 830. It is currently 920 and it still has not arrived. When we called to see when we could expect it, the man who answered the phone was rude and just kept repeating that it was on it's way and there was nothing he could do for us.

The pizza was alright - came out quickly (ordered carry out.) However, while we were there, the store got pretty busy. The people preparing the pizza got ROWDY. Dropping pizzas, cursing at each other, yelling about who screwed up what order, etc. It was a cluster. But uh, my pizza was hot, so whatever.

Pizza that was delivered to me was smashed and half was inedible. Called donatos to either get a refun or new pizza and am advised that after I ordered through the app they ordered they hired a door dash driver to deliver it so I had to take my issue to door dash. Service at its finest. Keep it up.

Order from this place it said my order will be delivered 9:58 pm, it's now past 12 am and I am still waiting called nobody picking up. Not going to order from here again

Placed an order said it left the building at 1145 called at 12 to check to see where it was and of course their closed guess the delivery driver was hungry and just decided to take it home

Don't have to correct anything at this store. I ordered food online and called in to change it from pick-up to delivery. They cancelled my online order, ran my card again, and STILL marked it for pickup after I said delivery. Over two hours later, the situation still has not been resolved. Come on now, I live across the street!

The pizza here is not up to par with other donatos restaurantsin the area. They mess up, super long waits for delivery, cold food, and then its scary AF to go and pick up your pizza if you decide to do that. Pickup area is really dirty and through a plexiglass window. Really disappointed that we cant get delivery from other donatos close to us in Sharon Woods.

I will never order from this Donatos or any other Donatos ever again!!! They pretty much stole $25 from me and making it an hassle to retrieve my funds

I live probley live 500 feet from this location and stopped ordering from this place years ago because they can't deliver a hot pizza to me. Even when I tried to order for pick up it took about 15 minutes after I showed up for my pizza to come out of the oven.

Placed a personal order but was having a birthday party for the 2nd year in a row and although this was a different Donate both years they had over booked the party room and we have had issues! As well as my pizza order not being correct! Poor management

Minimal wait with pleasant counter staff. Dining areas clean and tidy. Order was correct, hot and delicious. Very pleased with this visit!

Placed delivery order. Received confirmation email. Order never came and store won't answer their phone....pizza finally showed up after we had already went to bed... it's not edible...rock rock rard and ice cold..driver had bag on the ground and pulled the pizza outsideways...Donatos needs to drug test their drivers...she was obviously high on crack.

Love their pizza. We go occasionally for a special treat.
