Don Jose Tequilas Restaurant

For having gone to Federal Hill a lot in the past, I never stumbled upon this place until a friend recommended it. At first I was pretty excited and figured it was a hole in the wall place. The food is pretty pricy for the portions. Three soft tacos was $15, and the smallest drink they offered I ordered was $11. The drink was amazing but the food was okay, it was a little dry, but was pretty authentic and filled me up.It also took forever to get our tab closed which kinda sucked, but not the end of the world. The waitress was really nice. Lastly, the food gave my friend and I upset stomachs the next morning. Usually never an issue but it could’ve been the food we got. Overall, decent place to try, but not a go-to.

This place was absolutely delicious, great customer service. The waiter took the time to explain everything on the menu . Two people is about 50$ highly recomend

Perfect place to experience Mexican culture, their decoration makes you feel at the actual Dia de Los Muertos. Their service is very good. The owner of the restaurant was very kind to us. The food is fresh and tastes like homemade, especially the famous rice and beans.
