We ordered and the driver came but didnt knock? How is this our fault? When I called the store the "manager" Cassandra spoke in a monotone voice and refused to give me DMS number. Worst customer service ever! Btw we never got our pizza. She did offer to deliver a fresh one but it would be another hour. What?!?!

My husband ordered two pizzas and stuffed cheesy bread. App stated pizza was out for delivery at 11:58am. Didn't get it until 12:45pm. Pizza was cold. AND my order was messed up. Unfortunately, we still tipped the delivery person $5.00 when they didn't deserve anything. Pizza was sitting in the box for too long so it became stuck to the box. Who wants remnants of cardboard when they're eating? Won't be ordering from here EVER again.

Received a call from Domino's that my pizza was on the way. Pizza arrived 30 mins later and I only live approximately 10 mins away if that long. Pizza and sandwich arrived cold. I am definitely not happy.

You have to go to dominos.com and actually put in an order including size of pizza, crust type, etc.

When I ordered delivery and the order is wrong, why should I be inconvenience by having to go to the store? It's your mistake for the second time.

Check the phone number, I had the same issue and the problem was the phone number was an old number that I have not used in a number of years. When I got a new number I forgot to change the number in the app.
