Domino's Pizza

While vacationing in Florida we downloaded the app and ordered a pizza. All in all an excellent experience!

Pizza was fresh and hot, and the delivery was quick. However if the driver wasn't so quick to grab the four dollar tip and run. It would have been a lot more given to him. Most drivers ask if you need change, not take the money and just leave..

First, understand this rating has been GREATLY influenced by Domino’s guarantee policy and catching mistakes before the customer catches them. Tiffany the delivery driver arrived apologetic and very friendly. The delivery was late. It was not perfect and the order was not completely right so why the 5 stars? First the delivery driver did everything right on her end. And she obviously tried her best. Second I get an apologetic email with a coupon for a free pizza. The kicker is that I never complained and honestly I didn’t realize how late it was and I’m so used to orders from all restaurants in SWFL being wrong I thought nothing of it. And no one begged for a 5 star unearned rating in return. Great new concept! Great app! Domino’s is definitely a forward thinking company now. Thank you Domino’s.
