Domino's Pizza

Placed an order over 2 hours ago. Got charged and the order has yet to arrived and no one picks up the phone. These people literally are tying to rob me. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a domino’s location. Please refund me my money! I will report you to corporate.

This post is about the new one on Mt.Prospect. Lately I’ve been picking up my order because it takes 45 minutes for the delivery personal to get here, I guess it’s understandable because it’s on a residential lot and they get a lot of orders? What’s not acceptable is getting a message on the app stating my order is ready for pickup and finding out when I walk in that they haven’t even begun to prepare my to be cooked, making me wait 10 to 15 minutes.

We order food here .they app said it has arrived. But it wasn't delivered.we try calling the store mitiple times but no one answered. I honestly think they hang up. The order came literally 2 hrs after it said it was delivered.this is the worse experience ever. They need to do better on customer service as well
