Went to pick up my order an was told it wasnt ready! The reason being is that they wrote my name down wrong.... the same pizza that was ready when I arrived was the same pizza that sat for an extra 20mins while I was waiting! Only place I know of that charges for parmesan an dry red pepper smh! I only gave a star bcuz I couldn't give a review without it! First an last time here......

Ordered a pepperoni and jalapeño pizza. Received a pepperoni, how hard is it to put two toppings on one pizza? Hate this location.

Outstanding pizza,....an incredibly delicious combination of tastes. Service was courteous and FAST....and this was on a Friday night. Loved this restaurant.....highly recommended!

This dominos is simply amazing. They have always provided 5 star service to me and my family from the old store to the new one. They rarely make mistakes.. 1/150 orders if that on my personal level. When an accident does happen they make sure to go above and beyond to make sure you're satisfied. The manager on duty today remade my order no questions asked. He didn't get upset or rude he handled it with a smile and very promptly. As stated before I've ordered here over a hundred times without a single mistake. Always fresh, always fast, and always excellent customer service. Thanks Dominos, please keep doing an amazing job..

Just for the fact that they have terrible customer service I’d rather go to a location further away from home that will give me a good experience.

This place can be pretty good sometimes. But they have to be properly staffed. This time they werent and I cant grasp the management decision to only have two employees staffing a busy football Sunday. My order was all around messed up. Asked for no mushrooms on my sammich, got mushrooms. Asked for a well done pizza and got something...less than that. By a lot. This wouldn't happen if it was a properly staffed location. I saw a now hiring sign. Make sure they get paid decently.

Placed order for delivery. Waited for an hour. I called than they said sorry will send out an about 15mts. Placed order 3:28 got it @4:54. The worse part when I open the box pizza stone cold😲🤪. How frustrating!

Store screwed up my order and when I tried to call in, as soon as I told them there was a problem they hung up on me. I called back in and they hung up when i asked for a manager, The third time i called in, they immediately put me on hold for over 15 minutes, then answered. I asked for a manager and they just put me on hold without saying anything and I waited over 30 minutes for them to answer. They refuse to accept responsibility for a mistake they made and refuse to assist. a friend called in at the same time to get a manager from a different number. he just asked for a manager and they said their managers do not take calls. he asked again and they finally said the manager is too busy. it took him over 30 minutes to get a manager on the line who then refused to assist in any way.

I always order online and get my order super fast. 😋
