Domino's Pizza

Ordered lunch at a local pharmacy last week, there was a mistake made with the order but they still completely made our order correctly as well as giving us the pizza with mixed up toppings. Everything tasted great, we received our food quickly. The speed of our delivery plus the attention to detail on our order was awesome.

Nothing but bad experiences at this Domino's. Had a kids birthday party, and they delivered 10 pizzas an hour later than the agreed upon time. Nice enough to credit us two pizzas for inconvenience. We decided to use the credit towards pizzas for another birthday party. Showed up to pick up pizzas and only 3 of 5 were made. The other 2 on the order "disappeared." Had to wait for 2 more to be made. I will not make the same mistake again. Next time we are ordering Grottos!

Horrible Service!!!!!I ordered a Meat Lovers Pizza without sausages from the Middletown DE Domino's. They ended up sending the pizza with sausages. I called the store back and was offered another pizza to be sent out that night or a credit. I opted for the credit. I called a week later to use the provided credit only to be met with a flippant attitude from the acting manager. He advised me that I would need to pay for delivery. I asked him why and he stated that he didn't know. I didn't appreciate the manager arguing over a mistake that Domino's made.This was completely unprofessional, I ended up calling the Domino's hotline to make a complaint. Hope no one else has to pay for Domino's mistakes.

We like the food and customer service. Very friendly service and are diligent about our order. The pizzas are made perfectly. Thank you.

Literally never gotten my full correct order from here. Managers are awesome but staffing is awful. Have lost $25 on sauces.

took over 45 min to deliver pizza from the time it left the store by the storm tracker. Pizzas were crushed and cold. Driver was wearing cap sideways and not very polite. Called to complain and was put on hold 3 times. The M.O.D ( I believe her name was Christine ) apologized and said would send out a new order with priority and their best driver. 45 minutes later I called back and was put on hold again.Talker with Christine again and said the order just came out of the oven???? 45 minutes for a priority?? I told her I wanted my money back and she agreed to refund the order. I told her I did not want the food but she convinced me to take the pizza. She said she would send it right out. So, 45 minutes later again, some very rude and hostel person by the name of Tyler told me I was banned from Dominoes and my number would be back.WOW, what a way to do business

The parmesan garlic twist are great the spinach n feta stuffed bread was super yummy

Staff was awesome! Wasn’t sure how the whole no contact pick up would work but they made sure it was legit and also made sure I had all my items including the sauces. Excellent Job!

No problem nor complaints fast service even better if you call ahead., Food was Hot and inviting.
