Domino's Pizza

I love Dominoes pizza. I grew up on it and now it's the best fast pizza around. The crust is great, the sauce is good, and the deals are really great. I just wish I would remember to order them well done. They're amazing that way.

Bad pizza, slow service. It took well over an hour from order time to delivery. According to the “delivery tracker,” the pizzas sat at the store for about 40 minutes before a driver even picked them up for delivery. The wait wasn’t the big issue; they were both burned and the gluten free pizza was cold. A waste of money. Choose an alternate location and pick up your order, or just go with a different restaurant. I would rate zero stars if it was an option.

Terrible experience. Spent 30 mins in this place waiting to get my order. When I finally received my order it was all incorrect. I asked to speak to a manager and was told “Well you can either wait or get your money back and leave.” Recieving nothing but attitude while I’m trying to explain what I ordered. At that point I was furious not to mention pressed on time, so I asked for a refund. She threw my money on the counter in my direction and said “Now get out.” I asked for the name of her supervisor so I can know who to contact and she refuse to provide me with her store managers name. This is not how customers should be spoken to. The management at this establishment at this specific location needs to be retrained on customer service and policy or simply just be replaced with people that can provide genuine customer service and customer care.

Great customer service. My friend and I had trouble ordering online and Liz was extremely helpful. She is super friendly and really personable.

Tried to place an order carryout. First thing they tell me, is gonna be about 45 minutes. 45 MINUTES????? I use to work for Domino's the oven takes about 5 minutes. While building it it can get backed up to 15 and maybe 20 minutes. But 45???

Love the new recipes, I get a spinach and diced tomato pizza on thin crust and omg! I love dominos!

Horrible. Ordered pizza at 7:30, the estimated delivery time was 21-31 minutes. Got notification at 7:54 that the pizza was out of the oven and checked for perfection. 45 minutes later and it was still not out for delivery. We called the store and told them we would pick it up ourselves. We were told it had been sitting under the heat lamp, no apology for the wait. Went and picked up the pizza and asked for the delivery charge and tip to be refunded. Were told that they could only do that if they refunded the entire order. I did get some of the delivery charge back, but they shorted me as they did not have the correct change in their register. Got the pizza home, I ordered a salami and feta cheese pizza. There was no feta on the pizza and maybe 4 salamis. Very disappointed. We were sick this weekend and just wanted an easy dinner. This is the last time we will go to this location, which is unfortunate as we live 2 miles away. 1 hr 30 mins for a pizza! And it wasn't even correct.

My girlfriend ordered the pacific veggie tonight and she got a cheese pizza with some veggies as garnish. We understand the pizza will not look exactly as the picture but this is ridiculous. Will not be ordering from here again.

Terrible customer service. Tried to politely explain my issue with the delivered pizza and they just make excuses. Tell them my pizza came cold - “my driver says he was on time so it couldn’t have been cold.”Tell them it has basically no sauce on it (see pic) - “ my cook says they put sauce on it.” I asked the manager how anything gets improved if he doesn’t listen to customer complaints.Not ordering from here again.

worst customer service ever the lady susie is disrespectful cancels orders talks nasty to customers she has no regard for customers spending there money she needs to be fired immediately

Etta-Lynn that makes the pizza is awesome. This is our 2nd Order in less than 2 week and the pizza was delivered by Erika on the 2nd order, but each time the drivers were polite, friendly and punctual. And the pizza, soft and delicious. Far as I'm concerned Dominoes is the BEST pizza out there. And yes, I have the competitors and none ever come close to the delicious flavor of a Dominoes Pizza!
