Domino's Pizza

I usually always go here and was VERY dissapointed tonight. I called my order in at 8:56pm. After a hour..so 9:55.I called them back after them not arriving and they told me "It was already delievered at 9:12pm.Well where's the pizza? There is 2 people here and 2 kids. The manager was a joke and very unproffesional. He said that the driver will re deliver in 25-35 minutes. So techinically my pizza/wings are a hour and a half old.

We only eat Domino's. But since we moved to Des Moines, this place up here is terrible. They tell you they wont deliver after 8pm. Lie!!! They dont honor Dominos insurance. That means they Dont fix what they mess up. Which seems to be alot. The wokers are rude snd short with customers. Even happy ones. They tell you tge tracker is doubled up,when they send your order to the wrong address. So 1 and half and 20 mins on hold to get my pizza. Than wait another 30mins Cause the "trackers" doubled upWe used to be Domino's people! 3 bad visits in a row. Not any more!

Easy ordering experience, food was still nice temperature, well cooked and tasty. Not dry like some other pizza ordering experiences I've recently had. Thanks for the yummy food - the kids are happy!

Tonight our Dominoes was incredibly busy, our order stood ready (on the Dominoes Tracker) for several minutes before I called to see when it would be heading to us. The call was handled both politely and with an explanation of why, and when it would be leaving. I was concerned that it sat, and quality would suffer, but far from it, as the pizzas arrived soon after, and piping hot, and probably the best of any deliveries before. Well done!

We ordered pizza from here and it had a long hair in the one of the pizzas. When we called to let them know they stated that they would replace the pizza..Why would i want my pizza replaced after I find that in my food!! Then they said they would deliver it but it would take 1 hour to get it!! Like really!! It was there fault not mine!! I would never recommend someone eating from here because you never know what may be in your food.. Nasty!!See I'm pulling the hair that is stuck in the pizza. Look real close!!They do not even deserve a star but it won't let me post until I chose a star!!

There Alfredo bowls are half the size the used to be. With very little Alfredo sauce witch makes this noodles dry. The pizza on the other hand is hot and fresh with perfect portion.

30 mins to deliver from a stop kess then 0 2 miles away, mmmmmhmmm.

They now require the jalapeños on your pizza. You can not get sides of them. I spoke to one of the associates at the store and she told me corporate will not allow them to give you the jalapeños on the side, they have to go in the pizza. Told her my son was allergic and she still could not charge me for a side of jalapeños. I asked her to charge me for the topping of jalapeños and put it on the side and she still insisted that corporate will not allow it, that it has to be cooked on the pizza. Dominos has just lost a valued customer. I will never go back. Thanks for being so costumer friendly!!

Staff was great, the service was slow, waited 1hr 10mins for a 30min carryout. Pizza was ok.

Very disappointing. Ordered online and got a call that it would 2 hours for delivery because you were under staffed. And I appreciate that. But how are you under staffed on a Friday night? Even I know you will have tons of deliveries. Changed the order to carry out, fine. Got there 20 minutes later as instructed by the gal on the phone. Paid for my order and proceeded to sit there for another 25 minutes. No food. Turns out my order was given to another carry out customer. No, I'm not waiting another half hour to have my order remade. I get you were busy and it was chaotic in there but come on. You guys are usually on point but this time, you failed.

I paid 38 dollars for one medium size 2 topping pan pizza and I was supposed to get order of bufallo wings which the person on the phone said it was 12 peace for 7.99 no mistake it's what she said not me. Well pizza came cold and you can red sauce not enough cheese at all and also some kind of small package of chicken w melted cheese not what I paid for. So wrong order and horrible customer service

I've had better pizza at other Domino's Pizza joints, better try a different location.
