Domino's Pizza

First off $4 to drive a mile an food comes cold.... yea definitely not ok wish I could order from a mom and pop place but they aren't open late enough.

My favorite pizza and the prices are good

Ordered tonight at 3:26 pm, at 430 I called to check on food, she said 20 minutes. Then at 530 the driver showed up with cold, disgusting pizza. The manager wouldn’t even give me a discount. This place is a joke! Never in my life have I had to wait 2 hours for food! I worked at a pizza place before, if it was going to take longer than expected we called and informed the customer and offered a discount

just watched a centipede crawl across the floor of the back room here. kinda disturbing. but i guess that’s part of life. 2 stars anyway cause i love the pizza even tho they often deliver it looking like they carried it sideways.

4.99$ Delivery Fee, not gonna happen.Edit: While I still think the delivery fee is egregious, the female night manager (can’t remember her name) twice now has gone above and beyond fixing my order. For some reason when you order a meatzza and add extra toppings their order screen will only display the added toppings, this should really be fixed as it’s happened to me everytime I’ve ordered one, but again the manager has gone above and beyond is making it right and I think deserves a promotion and raise.

This Domino's sucks! They tell you 20 minutes for a pizza, an hour and a half later still no pizza! Also called another time and was told there was no delivery driver. Called another time and they refused to deliver because they were too busy! Called and have been going up on more than once. I NEVER complain because i like to give places the benefit of the doubt but this is just too many times!!!

Very unprofessional. Lack of customer service skills. In business you have to be patient and respectful to your customers no matter their age . Be nice you can have the best product and lack marketing skills you will not sell your product the way you should

its simple ---always on time and always friendly and food is what i expect it should be--very good

Shouldn't be no delivery charge of you're right down the road not even 5 minutes. Take the delivery charge off and drivers will start getting delivery tip

Terrible. Hahaha. Its an hour late. A girl called me to say they have been calling me (zero missed calls) she says there “here”. Tells me to go look outside, and i say no ones here. Then she tells me “they will come back” so CLEARLY they are not here. She tells me well its been delivered.... no? And that means they completed it on the site probably to cover themselves. She was so rude and after being a. Hour late and blaming me like i missed it. I honestly wish i just told her to keep it but i paid online. Milford MA location is horrible, everyone in my town says it so i never order but it was 10:45 pm (now 12:17 am) thanks dominos for being the worst. 👌🏽

Food was hot, good. Coupons have some excellent deals. Delivery was punctual and followed directions for no contact!

Was super late called to find out where our pizza was only to be hung up on 3 times and when I finally spoke to someone I have never been spoken to so rudely only to be told that I was being fresh with him and that I was the rude one all I wanted was an apology and an explanation I’ve been in Customer service for over 15 years and that was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever experienced. Never ordering from there ever again!

These people starved me so so bad. I was at work when I ordered online for delivery ..waited an hour later nothing I called the store I was told that they a power outage that it will take another hour to get my food I was ok with it till another hour and half later when I called they were letting me know that my order got cancelled....I wouldn't be mad if somebody had called and let me know so I will try to order something else to eat..Never coming odering from domino's again

Our Pizzas took over and hour to get delivered They were cold and poor quality. The kids refused to eat to because it was “gross”. These are kids who are normally obsessed with Domino’s pizza. Not to mention the order was wrong. On a positive not the drive said he will return with the right pizza. Hoping for better results. If not we are definitely finished with Dominos.
