Domino's Pizza

Our pizza was very good! Kyle from dominoes delivered our pizza at just the right time and the right place! 5 star review! Would order here again!

The pizza here is awesome, made just right as ordered!

Never received the pizza! Never received an apology! They just straight up ask if you want your money back after waiting for them 3 hours like if nothing happened! We called 3 times and they said the driver was on his way (lies), the driver put on their system that the pizza was delivered when he didn’t deliver it and if we don’t call the store they don’t send it again. Last call we made instead of talking to someone in the store or the manager, they passed me the driver who never apologized either and said it wasn’t their fault (so basically it was ours)! He then says that if I want I can wait another 40 minutes! the conversation ended with him hanging Up on me! Amazing customer service!!!

This location always lies when it comes to the tracker. Delivery literally took 2 hours

Terrible experience, 20 minutes after placed my order and my cc was charged, received a call that they will not comply since they are delayed on previous orders (sic) hope we can have other franchise owner serving the area.

Went there for a job interview, and got there pretty punctual and the manager that was supposed to give me the interview never appeared and never answered my phone, employees didn't seem to care. I would advice staying away from this working environment it seems pretty toxic.

Everytime you order from them they never get the order right regardless of how much or little you order. I don't know how hard it is to do a proper quality check before you leave the store. They do not care about customer satisfaction either. I've never received a phone call trying to make things right or to even apologize. This place is a mess!!

The food is good but the staff look like they dont like they manager sad part is the store is in a great neighborhood so the customers are rude especially on the weekend if they pizza not done but they showed up 5 minutes early

Ordered delivery never got it. Called to see what was going on and phones not answered.

If I could give this Domino's Pizza a -10 I would. The worse customer service experience ever! I placed an order online, to be ready by 5 P.M. I tracked the order, it said it was 'complete'. I went to the establishment, paid for it. No one seemed to know where the order was, no one seemed to care to assist me. I stood at the counter for over 10 minutes, asking for assistance and was completely ignored. I asked for a refund, which I was given, without so much as an apology. TRAIN YOUR STAFF IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. HAVE A SUPERVISOR OR LEAD ON THE PREMISES WHO CARES ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS. AFTER ALL, WITHOUT CUSTOMERS THEY WOULD HAVE NO PAYCHECKS!!! AGAIN, WORSE SERVICE EVER!!!

I ordered a pizza through the app and gave me a pretty fast estimate. 20 minutes after the estimate, the app said it was delivered and hoped I was enjoying my pizza. I never received it. I went to the front desk of the hotel I'm staying at (Home 2 by Hilton) and they said this Domino's keeps delivering to the other Hilton instead. Decided to try calling them and I'm still waiting for them to answer it, it's been ringing for over 20 minutes. The app gave me points for a free pizza but I'm still hungry!! If they don't answer and send a new pizza then how do I get a refund of the delivery charge and tip I already paid for? I've never had an issue with Domino's ever. Guess this store is the exception.Update: It just got delivered over an hour after the "delivery." She did apologize and said the store was crazy tonight. But the food is still hot at least. I'm just happy I can eat now.
