Domino's Pizza

Placed an order for delivery.. Gave the address and told them it was a construction site.. Which I was only 0.2 miles away from location.. Told me it would be 30 minutes.. after waiting 45 minutes.. In which case my lunch break was already half over... The lady that answers covers the phone.. (but I still heard the conversation) She comes back and says she will send the delivery driver back out and for me to answer my phone.. I replied... "My phone never rang" She tells whoever she was talking to what I said.. They in turn called me a liar!! I ended up going to the restaurant and picking up my order.. When I arrived.. I asked what number were they calling... Found out it wasn't even my number... With still having to pay their delivery charge!! WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THERE AGAIN

I do a lot of business here. My box broke, pizza fell out, called and ask nicely for a new one. Apparently you need to keep the pizza and the box that fell but i didn’t. I didn’t want to carry a broke box with sauce and pizza all over me up two flights of stairs. Called the manager and he didn’t care. Unimpressed. Will just order from another store.

The best pizza in Charlotte that’s not made from scratch. I’ve never been disappointed and I’ve ordered all times of the day to open to 2am. I mean, just look at the picture. The drivers are always friendly and on time. I’ve never gotten a cold pizza and the inside cooks are the best because every order I’ve had is perfect. 10/10 service

This is a cool Domino's location and it is located on a very busy street. The inside is newly renovated and is less bland than a lot of the other locations. The staff here are real city people but there is really nothing to complain about.

I am very disappointed with this Dominoes they have some very rude people working there this is the second time dealing with someone from this store with a rude nasty attitude. They won’t get a third time And my money better be back on my card in 48 hours

food left the store 45 mins ago and it has sill not reached me. the driver is still 20 mins away. AT THIS POINT I'M SUPER EXCITED ABOUT MY HOT PIZZA. my mouth may burn because the cheese may be burning

They put effort into the dishes!

The delivery driver Andrew talked entirely too much! He had to prove his point about the address when the directions were clearly typed out.. The food was also cold!! Definitely Won’t be ordering from here again!

About the 4th Street location.. The 98 sanitation score means nothing when you have a manager take off his hat and scratch his head with his durag on, while standing at the register. Then he went straight to the food! That was my third and final visit to this location. If he can do that in plain sight, there's no telling what he does when no one is looking.
