Domino's Pizza

Ordered from 2553 Steinway St, Astoria. Ordered at 4:58 pm. Order was prepped on 4:58 pm and moved to oven on 5:40 pm. It TOOK 42 minutes within the store. Order was out to delivery on 6:05 pm and received on 6:17 pm.Delivery from Astoria to Elmhurst is faster than moving within the store.Addition to that, I was holding 51 min and 15 sec then got hung up.The worst online order experience ever !!!

Quick clean service. Good customer service. Some of them could stand to smile a bit more but that's fine.

Is it normal that your store choses its own hours? You let your customer wait for 10min and then say you close at 8:30pm while you actually should close at 11pm and hang up. Ridiculous place.

I love dominos. They always get my order right. One of my favorite things to get here is the lava cake. Sometimes I just order the lava cake. It’s literally my favorite.

This place is useless. The worst Domino’s Pizza I have ever been to in my life. They refused to honor any coupons. They have no deals or discounts here, ever. Prices are very expensive here. Very unwelcoming atmosphere and ambiance. Stay away.

Really upset with my order. Ordered 14 piece chicken wings but received 12. Large chicken Pizza only had one piece of chicken per slice.

Best Dominos hands down !!!! This place is a must go the food is delicious. The food is always hot and fresh.

They never pick up the phone and when they do, it's only to hang up on me. Delivery takes super long and I've always gotten my pizza super cold. I can't even cancel my order after an hour of waiting because no one picks up!!

Domino's is great for that once a month guilty pleasure. Now I'm allergic to gluten so pizza is usually not in the cards for me. However, they have a gluten free pie, and I have never had a cross contamination issue with them! Seriously I have tried almost every place that makes gluten free pizza, and Domino's is one of the best. Go figure! Thanks Domino's!

Orders were always excellent, delivery was on time.

The delivery time takes so long, past few times have been 30+ minute wait times. Pizza arrives cold every time. The drivers are friendly and it is not at all their fault. But maybe it would really be appreciated if orders stop being tacked on or something because by the time we get our pizza, it's cold. I have yet to have an actual warm pizza from this place.

I don’t know if it’s something to do with the app or the store but every time it says my order is ready and show up the store always takes an extra 10-15 to actually complete my order and will still miss my sauces or burn my pizza.
