Extremely long delivery times. Ordered at 6:30 PM online, by 7:47 PM my order was still "being quality checked". Had to call store 4 times, on hold for 6 minutes until someone answered. The person was polite and apologetic as I inquired about the delivery eta and if they were short handed. He did not know how long it would be until the driver could pick-up and deliver my order, and agreed they were understaffed that night. Canceled the order - not looking for cold food. Manager/owner take note!

Disrespectful employees, unwillingness to fix order when clear mistakes were made. Used to come here often, not anymore. You're better off starving.
