47 minutes for a simple wings Every time the same case

I give the location poor 2nd time here and I ordered online got there after it told me the food was done and it wasn’t forgot my hot sauce for the 2nd time might be my last time here

Delivery drivers are always polite and do the best they can. Food is hit or miss, it can be decent or drier than the Sahara dessert. It really is a roll of the dice

I placed and order via app it cost 95.67 I gave a 100 bill just for the employees to tell me they cancelled my order. I said no problem I’ll reorder. Then again waited 45 mins for the app to tell me the order was done I walk back over for pick up the very rude Indian employee says it’s not out fault u didn’t pick up when we called. I said excuse me but I thought the issue was me closing the app so I reordered. He said no we call for orders that amount. I said sir clearly if I gave him and you a hundred dollar bill paying isn’t this issue. He said well u can order again. I said no thanks I’ll take my money else where.

This might be the only honest review u'll read, I've just ordered 2 small veg. pizzas it took them 40+ minutes to get them ready ! Also, not forgetting to mention that literally u should tell them step by step that u need for example napkens ( which should be already provided ) it felt like guiding a baby on how to walk his steps 🤦🏻‍♂️

I ordered 2 pies well done. They were not.I ordered a 2 liter soda. I did not get it.Very poor service in my opinion.

I have ordered from here on multiple occasions. Both pick up and delivery and I have almost always had an issue. Whether it be a missing item, a "mix up" in deliveries, or a straight up forgotten order! (Which I do not even understand with it being an technologically optimized system). In the dozen orders from here, today was the last straw. After saying my order was delivered, after an hour, No one was at my door with my order. After calling in I was hung up on. Re called to find out My order had be confused for someone else (Robin vs Robert)...which I wouldn't care about if it did not take another 75 minutes for them to make it and send it to me. original order 5:45 pm....delivered at 8 pm....unreal. Sucks this is the only dominos in Fed Hill,

They make you give 1 star, what a shame. They tried to scam me, added money to my credit card bill I did not authorize, when I was there on business last month. I complained, and finally got my credit card company to eat the loss;what a shame. If you do not tip because you received poor service both on the phone and delivery, PLEASE watch your statement for a surprise "extra charge".

The delivery guy, Michael, had to be one of the most pleasant souls I’ve ever came across! U can just feel the purity of his heart! Thank you!!

This place has always done me right, on time, fresh and hot! One of the best shops around hands down!

I ordered a pizza to split with a vegetarian and I got delivered a meat lover's. I called to let them correct the mistake. Manager said she put a credit attached to my phone number for next time. Now about a month later, I just tried to get a pizza but they wanted to charge me full price. No record of the "credit". Never getting pizza from here again. ✌✌

Definitely hard to get good help these days. Waited for my order from this place and it never showed. So I call the store and spoke to a Donte. Who told me the order was still in the oven. When the app had told me it was out for delivery about an hour ago. Not sure what I’m gonna do when it gets here. Who knows what this pizza went through considering all the videos out there on food licking and spitting goin on. SMFHN. Food was cold hard and skimpy... close this place down!!

Pizza was ok along with the nuggets. The pizza wasn't as warm as expected. My were cold. Used the app which told me the time the driver left. Took over 30 min for him to get to my place.

If I could rate this store with negative i will do it. I usually don’t write reviews but this store is the worst. I ordered 3 times in a month every time I received a cold pizza and one of them i think the driver was doing donuts while he delivering the pizza it really was messed up. RUN!!!
