Domino's Pizza

Order was not ready when I arrived due to technical problem. Manager and workers were very nice and worked quickly to get all the delayed orders done as quickly as possible. Highly stressful for them but they stayed very professional and kicked butt. Thank you!

You can order pizza online, in person or have it delivered.They usually have some type of discount offers and are competitive with other pizza place's prices. Customers can watch the employees making pizzas which can be entertaining.They are a well known chain pizzeria that many people like the taste of.

This is the worse domino's location that i have ordered.... food was not good, haft of the pizza didn't have cheese and ham omg... if i can i will give you zero start. 12/23/2019

One star is too much, unfortunately I have to give at least one. I love Domino's but live in Shrewsbury where the domino's is absolutely horrible in every way, so I go to grafton st. I just called to place an order because the online ordering messed up and not working. Sadly, when I called I asked to speak to the manager to assure that my order was correct, the gentleman repeatedly talked over me and sounded like he was on drugs. Which explains why he thought it necessary to yell over me. This is pizza! Not ordering airplane parts! Unfortunately for some people pizza is just too complicated. I will be ordering from somewhere else and strongly suggest others do too. Or have some junkie who hates his job make your food. Your choice.

Delivery driver gave attitude to us when e asked for them to come up to the 2nd floor. The Manager gave us attitude and canceled our order with the free pizza we earned from their app. I would not recommend this place to anyone, the staff there have an awful idea of how to treat customers and value the opinion of their new employees over customers.

Pizza was good..but a person was outside giving the finger to the employees.. but turned out he actually works there! When he walked in he smelled of cigarettes so bad! Thank God he didn't make my pizza he never wore gloves when he was touching the dough. So gross!

Please BE CAREFUL!!!Last week, I ordered pizza online and I gave the driver whose name is _ _ _ _ _ _ $7 in cash. Later on, I found out from my bank statement that they overcharged me. *remember that, I gave the driver tip in cash* which means I did not write anything on the tip line on the receipt.I called the manager and the manager found out that “there was a mistake that was type on the tip line for $2“I don’t need to explain it further, I’m sure all of you are smart enough to understand who wrote the $2 on the tip line on the receipt. I understand that it’s only $2 BUT what I care about is that I don’t authorize the extra $2 coming out of my account. Whoever did this is a thief!Now, I don’t feel comfortable ordering food from dominos paying with cards. This is really upsetting.

Awful place, second time ive ordered (my fault for being stupid enough to order again, hopes for the best on this one) and I don’t know if the workers just don’t care about their jobs or care about the people eating the garbage their selling. Stay away. I wish I can post a picture of this trash, no wonder the workers aren’t suppose to get tips, felt bad and gave them one now I feel bad for even offering.

They had to remake my pizza after giving it away to another oder... however the young lady who was in charge was very polite in making sure we got a new one right away.

Open kitchen concept. You can see EVERYTHING! Hallelujah!Newer store. Very clean. There are tables and window bar-type seating.If you are ordering online. Please note that you must put in the discount code to get the discount. There seemed to be some confusion about the process. Even though we did not put in the discount code ( we and other in-store customers had the same confusion), the store Manager was able to provide another discount code while we were paying at the register.....with a little prodding from us.....! Smiley face!

Aka trip(one of the manager's) is A1. He went above customer service expertise and I am very impressed. Being lactose is never fun, especially when dealing with a lot of pizza restaurants. I love every and anything that has to do with pizza and sandwiches you name it. On 9/5/2019 at 10:30pm whatever the manager's name was at that time couldn't be more happy with my outcome. My order that was messed up the manager trip undid my disappointment fully away. Great service !

Domino's is awesome. The food is always so good, and the staff are awesome.

I have been going to this Domino's for at least three years, and enjoyed the food. However, this restaurant recently came under new management, and I have to say, it's for the worst. I've ordered three times since, and the food has never been as good. Not sure why! The pasta I've always order Pasta Primavera has no favor to it. There no sauce on the paste itself. I order cheesy bread today, and it was so oily it leak through the box. That's when I knew I had to write a review. I order cheesy bread many, many times and it's never been this oily.I hope management can find a way to stick with the corporate plan. Domino's pizza should be the same, no matter where I order it from.
