Domino's Pizza

waited over 2 hours for a pizza. took them a whole hour for them to just put it in the oven with no explanation as to why. after another hour of waiting for delivery they forgot the soda that came with my order. BRUH

Today was a very hectic day for us, & I didn'tfeel like cooking, so we opted for Dominoes. The food was late, cold & didn't taste right... 😥 I didn't go back to complain, cause I had no energy left in me; but I'll be cooking at home next time!They told me food would be ready in 10 minutes & i waited outside over 35 minutes & the Store was not that busy, they did look tired.💃🏻 So, I'll cook at home, thank u still... I want to believe that you tried. But that Pizza tasted bad, even my Son said so, & he'll eat almost anything!😟

Always fast and fresh and the customer service is always superb!

Unbelievable, first I wait about an hour for my food, which I can look past if the food was actually good. I ordered 2 chicken, pineapple, jalapeño meals and a thin crust with ham and pineapple. The chicken was burned didn’t even eat it, and the pizza was also burned (the crust was dark brown almost black). Don’t bother using that app to report problems, no one responded. Completely disappointed

The pizza is great, crust can't stop favoring. Delivery online or on the phone is fast and easy, 4 questions and your done. BEST PIZZA EVER

i travel all over the country for work. this is by FAR the worst Dominos i have ever ordered from. in the past 2 weeks, i have ordered from them 3 times. not ONCE have they got my order correct. complete garbage.

I updated this review from two stars to four stars because the management reached out to me and offered to make it right. Mr Askew was very prompt in his response, and was professional and sincere.PRIOR REVIEW:The size of the Philly cheese steak was rather small for the money. There was hardly any steak on it. I wish I could post a picture. Only two slivers of green pepper on 1/2 of the sub. It tasted like a grilled cheese sandwich. I like grilled cheese sandwiches that's why I gave it two stars.

It is what it's is.. Great for large 2 or 3 topping pizza and it's 7.99 price. If you are tipsy or have kids, it's great.

I ordered 2 sandwiches, the boneless buffalo chicken and a desert, for delivery My order was $33 and change That includes a $5 delivery fee . I gave $40 to the driver, then to open everything 1 sandwich was missing I called and the guy who answer said his apology’s he would make a fresh order and have it delivered in 20 min that they were very busy which is very understandable so I told him, that was ok and I appreciated him making a new order and having it delivered. 40 min later no delivery I called they didn’t answer called back they picked up an hung up called back 2 more times now the phone switches to the closed machine smh very upsetting I will be calling tomorrow .I don’t think I will be ordering from here again due to my experience.very unprofessional and disappointing .

I will never go here ever again. The assistant manager was so rude and ignorant and was slamming things on the counter. I would love to see her do what I do for work and others I know. You lost a customer.

This is a small domino's pizza place on West Boylston Street with excellent customer service. ( I love that!) The staff helped me with my whole order ,step by step , because I had a Verizon Up Domino's gift card that I didn't know how to redeem. Anyways, it was stress free for me, thanks to Kevin. It's a very busy place with busy staff all around and it's only Tuesday! My Food was kept hot until I was ready to take it! Me and two other people sat in to eat our pizza, chicken and bread. See the pics in this review . It is the average fast food pizza place, but I do love excellent customer service no matter where we go! This place gets a 5 star from me!!! :) The manager Kevin was great! You can tell this place has a positive and good service !! Stop by and Say hi to Kevin , the manager and Andre, the Assistant manager. Oh yeah, one more thing.... look for coupons they always have some! Great deals to lower your cost! I create my own pizza :)

I when two week ago the person in drive thru look drug and she blow her noise from us at the window she no clean her hands take the ice cream cone to make the barquilla she so nasty and the manager she lost in her problem are don't now what happen that night with that crew. I don't coming mo more
