Ordered pizza online and it never showed up. Manager said my refund will take 7 day! Worse restuarant

We eat here a lot! The service has gotten worse and worse. The employees do not listen and instead of doing their job they want to be on their phones and talk about gossip. I wanted well over an hour. They always get my order wrong. When it comes to giving out change they don’t know how to count. Go back to school!

I called the store immediately after ordering online to request the delivery driver bring crushed peppers with our order. The employee said he would make sure I got them. The driver didn't have any. I found out after I had already handed over a $5.00+ tip. Drivers used to carry peppers all the time. I know they don't now so I called to make sure they'd bring them. It might seem like a small detail but for us the peppers are our favorite part. At any rate, we didn't get everything we ordered. Pro tip: don't tip until you check if you got everything.

This store is always clean, staff is courteous, order is always ready via the mobile app

Always get our order wrong and we found a pubic hair under a pepperoni. Done with this place.

Fast service

The thing I like about Domino's is you can get a cheese pizza with 4 different kinds of cheese. Mmm delicious. Each cheese is a separate topping but its really good.

Consistently hot and correct orders delivered extremely timely and very hot food. I do live rather close to this store, however, the quality and courtesy of this store makes it shine! Very well done, over and over!

I went a few pizzas I ordered for my daughter's b-n this past Saturday to pick up my daughter's B-day. Backing up a bit, I called and Cheryl picked up. I asked for the specials and she said "all specials are online only" Ok, I thought weird, so my wife called back and someone else answered. He took are order no problem. I politely asked Cheryl why she said I couldn't order in store. She quickly screamed, GET OUT OF HERE BEFORE I MACE YOU!! My thoughts were that this person wasn't all there.Did not respond right away. I said I was calling corporate first thing Monday which I did and that I was calling the Police Dept. Then she started threatening me with her boyfriend and started saying ' YO MAMA" this and that. I am not a confrontational person at all and never had anyone tell me they are going to "spray me" . I will be contacting the franchise owner as well as keep contact with corporate throughout the week.

How do you mess up a pizza order? Well they can. Extra sauce should not be that hard to accomplish.
