Domino's Pizza

This was not the first time my order was wrong, but this one takes the cake. I had ordered a pizza, garden salad with house dressing, and bacon jalapeño cheese bread with marinara sauce and habanero sauce. What did I get? A pizza, Caesar salad with packets of ranch, plain cheese bread, and no sauces. WHO PUTS RANCH ON A CAESAR SALAD. I tried calling the store and when the phone was picked up, nobody was actually on the other end and I could hear the workers talking to one another. SCREAMED “hello?!” into the phone for about 10 seconds until I gave up.

Im waiting from 5:43 to 7:36 just for a large pizza come on. So disgusting and nasty service

Love their Lava Cake! It's literally smoookiiiing! Also love their bacon, cheddar cheese burger pizza. It's to die for!!

Very poor customer service. I ordered online, they took money out of my bank , and showing on my apps order is complete without delivering, tried to reach them they are not even picking up my phn . How cheap. If you want to enjoy pizza just don’t go to dominos , specially in 1216 Cortelyou RD store.

I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered at 4:30. It’s now 7:30 and I have no food. I called them 3 times and the guy who answers has an attitude, says it’s not his fault and claims his driver called me 6 times and I didn’t answer so it’s my fault. Hi your driver never even called me once but def tell the customer THEY are the ones lying.

Hey guys I used to work at dominos pizza. And as a policy, if they get your order wrong, or mess up on your order. You are not supposed to give your messed up order back. You keep it and you get your newly corrected order on top. So if They’re asking for their pizza back that THEY messed up. It’s against the policy. Thank me later (:

The service was terrible, they said my order was ready 14 minutes ago I got there and they told me it’s not ready yet. I finally got my order after 20 minutes later and they messed it up. Don’t order here! I’ve been going to this location for years since it’s my neighborhood dominos and almost every time they mess up my order. The service is terrible, there can be a large amount of workers and they’ll still ignore you. Don’t come here. I’m going to be emailing corporate this is unbelievable. Stay away.

I didn't want to give them any stars this place is horrible . The pizza was burnt. We order original buffalo wings we got chicken wings with cheese. We call back to complain they hang up on me. And this is not the first time. Never again i was given them a second try but they fail big time. Going to with the original pizzerias.

Placed an order for delivery only for it to never show up. They took my money and yet marked the order as delivered. Phone calls to the store were ignored or even answered then hung up on me.

DRIED OUT, BURNED, and the worst crust I have ever seen!! Ordered no onions, due to allergies! Of course they put onions! Ordered double cheese, didn’t get that either! Ordered $50 worth of pizza! BY FAR, the WORST pizza that I have had in my life! Called Store and Fayaz and the Manager were completely unprofessional and basically told me to just eat it. Will be on with corporate tomorrow and blasting photos of this pizza all over the internet.

This Domino's Pizza I highly recommend. The workers are so nice when food is being delivered to my resident never expect and attitude from the delivery guys. The food was delivered on time as mentioned. My order never went wrong. Who can ever say no to dominoes piZza.

Never again. People are rude and my pizza was missing two ingredients
