Ordered 20 minutes before arriving on a slow thursday. Im currently waiting going on now 40 minutes after placing my order of 1 large pizza and it still isnt ready. I could tell the lady up front couldn't find my order and that they either restarted or just started it. And nothing was done to make up for it.. sooo 11/10 recommend going to cole mill rd. Never have an issue there.

It was a Very disappointing experience. I purchased 3 chicken Alfredo pasta and 1 order of wings. I picked it up at the store , when I started eating my pasta I found a hair, I can’t believe no one was wearing gloves or face mask with the virus going on , but they have a paper outside with a message that says only two people are allowed come in.. If they are making food they need to protect themselves as well . Then, when I went back I asked for a manager and this lady said she was but what got me more upset is that I did not received an apology or something all she said was you will get a refund to your card in 24 hours. I don’t think any customer should be treated like that specially when is not even our fault to find a hair on the food we are supposed to be enjoying .
