Horrrrrrible They had me on hold ode long and made me wait for longer for the food. Not worth a star

WORST SERVICE EVER, I REPEAT WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!I ordered a medium pan pizza. Driver arrived and delivered it to me only to realize the pizza had being dropped. The toppings were all over the box and the pizza had being flipped. The driver refused to cooperate when I tried to explain the situation and hanged up on me countless times. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DOMINOS. GO TO THE ONE ON BAYRIDGE 91STREET. THEIR SERVICE IS EXCEPTIONAL.

Service so bad called what supposed to be Manager Imran Hossian was so rude. He even told me to call company and complain Which I will. Bad Bad Service

Horibble horibble horibble !!! Omg The worst pizza ever. Pizza was oily and soggy . Very sloppy . I will never order from here again.

Consistently takes over an hour in the prep stage of the tracker... some days the pizza never shows up and I’m still charged for it lol

The pizza's quality is good. The problem is their customer service skills. They really need to either hire people who know how to talk/deal with customers or teach them how to serve people. Every time I come into the store for a carry out they're always in the back just talking or chilling. They have the bad habit of ignoring customers and hanging up on them when they. Last time I had to talk to the "manager" because I sent my brother to pick up the food and they wouldn't give it to him because of security reasons. While I understand that it is important to prevent robbing and stealing, the way he handled the situation was absurd. He started telling me that it has always been like that when I know that's not true. I've been a regular customer for a couple of months there and most of the time I always send my brother. It's sad that they don't care about customer service because it's really bad.

Seriously Two managers were very disrespectful to me and my child and in Bangala stated that I was an asshole.I am Indian and I have never been so disrespected in my life.The managers names were MD and Taslima.After I asked them to speak English as they didn’t know I spoke Bangala.MD stated to me if I didn’t like him speaking his language I could go eat somewhere else.Serously dominos what’s going on.The only good thing out of that place is a guy named Mario.Hes the only reason you get a star.The best customer service I ever had.And helped me with my food to my car as my leg was injured.Thank You Mario for a truly pleasant experience.If y’all go there ask for him.Hes the best.

Pineapple sausage and spinash pizza special for less than $9 😱 what? It was delish. I added pepper flakes for a kick. I had half of this and stack the rest of the slices to make two big pizza sandwiches with every 2 slices left. Yiu know who enjoyed those pizza sandwiches 2 friends caming out of work at 1am trying to figure whats good for dinner? I was like tadaaaa! Here are some pizza sandwiches. We laughed and they attacked them and devoured it in 2mn. They were like omg this is deeelliiiccciiiooouuus ! I was like right??!!? Double the yumminess stacking it and making a sandwich. #funeats. Yeah Dominos me likey🤘

Everytime I go there the employees have such a bad attitude, literally while I was sitting down waiting for my order the guy was being rude to the costumer that walked in after me.

I like domino's than other pizza brand but since I moved to brooklyn sunset park and ordering from that branch, they have very bad quantity of toppings. This time I have ordered for a premium chicken with extra chicken but I can not see a single peace of chicken. Is this a extra chicken from Domino's???

This is my first Domino's order at this locaton. My order was prepared pretty quickly. The crust was thin and crunchy. With all the toppings, the pizza tasted flavorsome! But personally, I think the extra tomato sauce made it a little too salty, and it would taste even better if I swapped normal onions and mushrooms to extra!
