Domino's Pizza

It's a worst pizza ever . I order 2 mediums to b picked up I request toping .when I picked my pizzas 1st thing it was cold 2nd things it was not fresh I truelly believe it was cansuled it was like a plastic . When I get home my daughter checked it and told me if for real this pizza was Domino's pizza . I swear the 1$ pizza it's better 1000 times .

I agree with the other reviews here regarding the lack of sanitary hygiene. I went in for take out and on each occasion, the folks making the pizza did not use gloves. What's worst is when the delivery drivers come in and check their phones, then the printer for orders and goes straight to making a pie without any gloves! When I first encountered this, I thought it was a one time thing, but I've witnessed this on multiple occasions. It's also a hit or a miss with the person working at the cash register. You can get one who's really good or one who forgets the complete order as they hand you your purchase. Forget about asking for packets of red peppers and Parmigiano. The lady I asked said they ran out, despite 2 minutes earlier another customer asked for some and they got it. The lady was just too lazy to check.

Cold pizza. Disgusting, horrible delivery service horrible customer service

This is the absolute worst service I ever received from any dominoes anywhere, I eat dominoes at least twice a week, I order and got my delivery only to find that I was charges for my blue cheese but received none and both pies I order where not cut in slices at all, I called back to complain and was told to hold the pies and they would send someone back out to bring new pies and collect the old ones. I waited an hour and no one showed , by then the pizza was cold and I lost my appetite, today I came home from work and see the pizza sitting still so I called to complain and they couldn’t even say anything but tell me to call back tomorrow when the manager is in. I wish I could post this video so I can show u guys what this pizza looks like

Terrible customer service , i called them asking if they will deliver to my address they person on the phone say yes took my order , charge me after 35 min calls me to tell me they can’t deliver there and that they will process a refund . I personally asked the person who took my order twice to make sure this is not the first time .

Glad they opened this 1 up close to me, awesome,quick, and very clean.

Placed an order at 10:40pm. Order was randomly cancelled by staff and i was still charged. Called to get replacement and was charged for that one as well. It was 12:50am and the delivery guy arrived stating i had to pay for my order when my credit card statement and online receipt shows i was charged. Delivery guy named SAMER was very rude and began yelling stating it wasnt paid for and walked away with my order after having me wait over 2 hours. I order Dominos on a weekly basis but this was unacceptable.

ordered the 14 piece Spicy Mango Habanero Chicken Wings and half of them are under cook and one is really raw inside.

Worst customer service ever. My pizza was delivered without cheese! I called and spoke to the manager and she refused to give me a refund or didn’t even offer to send me another pizza. They just told me that they cannot do anything about it and to call corporate. It’s too bad that people like that get to be in charge. I won’t order from that place ever again.

I ordered a pan made pizza with chicken and the sauce is watery the cheese is like moist the whole pizza just looks so disrespectful like I did something that made them wanna destroy my pizza the camera makes it look better then it really is

1 day i ordered a pizza online they said it was ready but when i went there she didn't even make it trying to say some ds they had a 100 pizza order but tbh why say its ready when its not then when i got it it was nasty and the other day i got a chicken sandwich it upset my stomach and they where not using gloves

Messed up my order. No biggie, it happens. I called, they said they'd send a replacement pizza. Hour and a half still not here. I called back. Manager got on phone and told me I cussed the driver out and said I didn't order the pizza. Yet no one called me or rang my buzzer. Then she says yeah he rang it and called me. Uh.. no I seriously have not left my apt. I asked them just to refund the cost of that pizza. She refused and said they'd just bring it again but it would be a while. Never ordering from them again. I freakin love Domino's. But this is nothing but a major disappointment. Update - Tried to call again, they would not answer phone. My bf called from his phone, they answered. 2 hours later I have my cold replacement pizza. Delivery guy went to wrong building when he got here. Refused to bring pizza to my door. Had to go outside to get my pizza.
