Management is extremely rude and will tell you that's not their problem

The employees are super friendly. Delivery time is always prompt. And the food is still fresh out of the oven. Thank you guys for fulfilling all of my cheesy and hot wing cravings. I can't wait to dig in. 😊😊

Rude staff, managers don’t care. They never wanna fix their mess ups. Just order from a different store!!

Because I didn’t answer my phone they canceled my order even though I tried to call back to be hung up on then on hold for 30 minutes. Tried to place order again, 30 minutes after ordering again get a call saying since I didn’t answer the phone that order would be cancelled too, because it was marked suspicious. Earlier this week I ordered at the same time and with a higher purchase amount and never got a phone call pizza was delivered as normal. Calling corporate in the morning!

Love the friendly atmosphere of this particular location as well as great food. Maybe a change in management is what caused it but well done dominos well done.

Good food and slow service

They service at the Bradley location was shockingly the worst I've experienced at any Domino's. I've been to this location in the past with a different crew and the service was fine but on this night it seemed that ALL RESPECTFUL GUEST are NOT ACKNOWLEDGED, WELCOMED, or SERVED. I spoke to the area manager. Coleman about the lack of service under his manager, Sam's watch but he was more interested in defending their behavior than assuring it wouldn't be repeated. We left without service or an apology.

If you have GPS, or you know Columbus well enough that it is planted in your brain, use that knowledge to get to the spot that is provided for the order. This place has some very special people as delivery drivers for night time and they need help. God-bless every driver on Wynnton road.

Food was excellent. I don't know why, but they have the best steak subs in town. Good customer service

I want to make a complaint, I went online and ordered a medium pizza with 4 garlic butters and an order of cheesy bread sticks and because I was paying in cash I couldn't get my cheesy bread sticks, I'm very upset and I will NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN, cash is cash, if you wont take it I wont order

The best pizza. The best service. The best delivery guys. (Plus it’s cool to have your pizza pull up in a sweet sports car that you can hear from miles away!!!) overall papa johns has nothing on dominos!

Very disappointed, food was cold. Also all the cheese slid to one side. I ordered a vegetarian pizza, and there were still animals in the pizza when it got there, so I still couldn’t eat it. Terrible customer service, when calling the store workers were very rude.

I wish I could not have provided a star at all, the staff was rude, called me a liar and told me to do me when I attempted to call regarding to burnt cold pizza I received

Not feeling Domino's pizza like I use to, it don't taste the same

Slow and out of vegetables so canceled my order without asking if I wanted to change it .
