Domino's Pizza

I ordered 2 thin crust pizzas and they gave me 2 burnt pizzas. The fact that they called me and I changed what I wanted and they still have me burnt ones is preposterous. I will be calling and speaking with the manager today.

When I get the pizza I've ordered it's what you would expect from Domino's - a pretty decently tasty pizza for a good price. However, in the last several months 2 of the times I've picked up a pizza from here, it's not actually been what I've ordered. The staff happily fixes the issue, but that adds 15 minutes onto an otherwise quick pickup trip and frankly shouldn't happen in the first place.. whose pizza did they try to give me and why wasn't it checked against the tag?

Ordered online and was only minute away to pick up and the guys had the order done in less then 10 min

I went to get the TV special, 2 toppings large for $6.99 that expired on the 27th on January. I couldn't remember the details at the time, so after waiting several minutes for help, I yelled out for service and asked the girl what the special was and that s what I wanted. She had no clue and sold me the same pizza for 8.99 and that was the only special. Great pizza but I felt played by not getting the real special..

9/20/18 called in for a delivery. They told me they would be here in 40-45 min. took an hour after I called back and they said that my address was for another dominos location. even though I called them and they took my order. the manager said that they wouldn't take my order in the first place yet they told me I would receive my food in 40-45min. terrible service unfortunately

This is the best Domino's Pizza experience I ever had!! The workers were awesome and gave us great customer service!! You would have thought we were at a 5star restaurant!! Very impressed with the staff!!!

Very worth it for a $6 thin crust pizza. My kids love building their own pizzas. Very convenient to order online and pick up or have delivered. We recently celebrated a graduation and ordered $80 worth of pizza and breadsticks and soda. After the party was over and we had it delivered. It was a great way to be able to visit with friends and family and not have to cook a whole nother meal. There are other places I might like more but the price and convenience was there a hundred percent. The delivery drivers are very kind and bring your pizza while it's still hot. Customer service is important to me and I felt like I was taken care of excellently.
